I suppose one day I will address the baseball bat shape myself. My plan is to just reach my goal and then even out the rough areas afterwards.

I had very good success with L-Arginine and a few other supplements (see my log.) The only drawback is if you are taking supplements you don't
really know if it's your routine helping your EQ or the supplements.

So you have just finished your first month of PE?

End of 6th Week

Today marks the approximate end of my 6th week of PE.

I've kept it pretty light for a while now. Every other day.

After conferring with Remek I've decided to add some intensity.

*Today I went from about 12-13 minutes to just over 15. The thing about timing my session is that I don't always reach the proper erection level right away. Some days it takes a couple minutes, so my 10 minute sessions are more like 12-13.

*I've got the jelq overhand grip down pretty good. My reps are much more rhythmic now which adds pleasure and intensity.

*I've also started experimenting with an alternative jelq grip which is a variation on the V-jelq. I grip between the index and middle finger. The thumb wraps around to form a grip with the index. The wrist is curled under so that the pressure is applied to the underside of the penis. These are pretty intense jelqs and seem to provide a nice variation. I should probably post photos as this is not easy to describe.

*After my workout today I definitely felt a fatigue which I usually describe as a very slight achey feeling. My flaccid penis (if you could call it that) was much much fuller. It seemed to stick OUT and THEN down, instead of just hanging there. I've never seen this degree of this effect after a workout. I had to stand in front of the mirror for a minute. I actually looked HUNG. Wow.

**I'm definitely giving my penis a rest after today's workout. No masturbation today, maybe not tomorrow either. In general I've found that since I've been doing PE, my desire to masturbate has been curbed. Not sure why, but PE doesn't seem to be a hindrance to my sex drive or sexual function.

*I've noticed that I've been waking up with morning wood lately. Not raging erections, but just a positive stiffness in the morning that I haven't noticed for a while. Now this could be due to a complex of factors. PE + less frequent masturbation + general sexual frustration + thoughts of women I've been sizing up at my coffee spot.

*Baseball bat effect doesn't seem apparent the last few days. Can't explain. Penis can change shape I guess. Weird organ.

Morning Wood

Yes. It's real. I've been getting morning and night time erections lately. A stiffness in my pajamas that I haven't had since adolescence or at least my 20s. I forgot how annoying it could be. These aren't quite full erections, but they are definite hardons.

Yes. I didn't want to believe it and wanted to give it some time before I decided this was a positive PI, but I'm there, dudes. I'm there. Yes!

I'm staying on this current path. I noticed that there is more morning wood since my last couple workouts that have included a little bit more intensity and time.

quick update

Right now I've worked up to about 20 minutes jelqing. I've started experimenting with flaccid bends during my stretching phase. I've also started doing a very gentle Uli at the end of my sessions, probably about 90% erect and very low pressure. Since I'm going for girth, I wanted to start incorporating some concentrated girth work. I'm doing PE every other day.

I'm still happy with the rather moderate approach I've been taking. EQ and general penis performance seems to be as good as ever. I haven't measured in a while, but I don't think I have any gains yet anyway.

I'm not sure at what point I should think about adding more PE days to my week. It seems like rest is still essential, and I have only recently stepped up the time and intensity and added the new exercises. I was thinking about another couple weeks and then maybe add a day.

FIRST MEASURED GAINS

I measured today and I'm going to call it an indication of a slight gain.

I'm glad I did this today. I was planning on putting off measuring for a while.

This is a very slight improvement, so I'm not going to make a mountain of it, but it does indicate to me that something has changed, especially since I was able to measure something rather than just guessing that my erections are better.

Basically, it looks like almost 1/8" BPEL and 1/16" girth.

I used the same exact measuring technique that I've used in the past. Usually when I've measured it took a lot of arousal to get it up to the maximum measurement I still show as my Feb 9 starting point.

Today I got pretty aroused fast and there was no unusual effort involved in reaching the greater length and girth.

This is motivating and encouraging.

Seven X Five, here I come!

Hey thanks Luvs,

What I call perineum jelqs are also called "behind the balls jelqs".

The perineum is the area between the scrotum and the anus. You can feel the penis extend back behind the scrotum and along the perineum.

The idea is that by massaging this area - pushing it forward, you are performing a jelq from as far back as you can possibly go. Normal jelqs limit you to everything on the outside, everything in front of the pubic bone. Perineum jelqs attempt to exercise the penile tissues that extend back into the body behind the pubic bone.

It doesn't end up being a full jelq really because you can only squeeze from one side - you're not actually gripping all the way around the tissues as you are in a normal jelq. I don't think there are many PEers who do them, but I wanted to experiment with them and see if they made a difference.

I still do a few of them throughout my workout, though I can't really tell if they have been helpful. They just sort of feel good and give me a sense of completeness in my routine, I guess.

Sometimes I do one perinuem jelq stroke and then have the other hand waiting at the base of the penis to follow through with a normal jelq stroke as well. So it feels like a very long jelq from all the way back. It's kind of tricky and doesn't always feel like it's doing much, but I like to play with these alternative techniques.

Whoo Hoooo!!!! I've been waiting to hear this! It sounds like a true gain. That's the beauty, when you make an actual gain vs an improved EQ,
it takes very little effort to get the new measurement. Very encouraging!

Awesome log Hotrod! And congrats on your gains! Though, Im quite a bit younger than you (20) I think I may adopt a similar routine as yours, especially in terms of days off... I don't think my member can do 2 days on, 1 day off, as I seem to lose my morning wood after the second day of jelqing. So... one day on one day off it is!
