Default The Doctor

At my doctor's visit today...

Well, we talked it over and he said that he really didn't feel compelled to prescribe any drugs at this point. He did want to sit down with me in person and see how I was feeling.

Basically, I've been having a better time in general lately: trying to meet life with a better emotional base. I think it's working. My doctor even said that it is possible that be working on my mood and emotions in the way I am that I could alter some things physiologically.

We're going to follow up with another test in 6 months to make sure that my TSH hormone is not continuing to fall.

So, I'm going to resume PE today and will be posting updates.

I might have to start a new log as this one has been targeted by spammers.

See my next post for thoughts on this.

JonPop,

Thanks! I'm really sorry about what happened in my log with the spammers the last couple days.

I think I know what happened and sent you a private message.

I recently posted to the General PE forum and included a direct link back to my log to a post with details on my plan to make a comeback. That link opened that individual post into its own window. I think there was something about that link that was making my log vulnerable.

I used my mod privs to delete my post "My Comeback" on General PE, and then removed all the spam messages from my log. I hope that's cool. I'm also going to place this thread back on CLOSED status for a while and watch closely each time I post.

Hope that will be cool.

Sorry, guys, you won't be able to post here for a while unless you have mod/admin privs. Shoot me a PM if you need me.

I left all those spammer posts so you could see what I was up against trying to slash and ban. I started to clean them out, but thought, no you would be interested in seeing them. Good news about your feeling better. You WILL get over this.

So I've started up PE again over the past week or so.

1 day on / 1 day off

I'm primarily just jelquing and I'm not being very rigid about anything at this point.

My sessions have ranged from 10 to 20 minutes and I'm usually doing it immediately after running so I have good blood flow throughout the body.

I start slow with a flaccid state, gradually build EL never over about 70%, play with various grips, still doing a few perineum jelqs which I have come to think of as a form of manual clamping so I'm taking it pretty easy keeping the EL kind of low when I do them.

The main thing I'm using to monitor my sessions right now is the clock and paying attention to body signals. I'm going for a pleasure factor in my routine so that it doesn't become too much of a routine right now. Eventually this might become more regimented, but for now it's getting things moving and it looks and feels good.

Everything seems to be about where it was when I left off a couple months ago, so I've managed to stay in pretty good shape. I've maintained a kegel practice this whole time too.

I will measure in another week.

Hey Rodny, throw about 3-sets of 30 "V" Jelqs into your routine. This will also give you some easy stretching. Good Luck. How ya feelin?

I'm feeling pretty good. Mostly up lately. The lows aren't as bad and easier to manage.

I've been playing around with the v-jelqs too. They seem to pinch the sides of the penis and squeeze the cavernosa together. It's a very different feeling I'm trying to get used to. They're kind of intense, but I want to keep them in my repertoire.

Don't squeeze as hard. Use the "V" to guide the stretch and pull the blood bulge.
