I've gotten pretty good at Kegels. I notice that if I don't do them for a while it's harder to get a good grip going. But then if I concentrate for a couple of days I can get things moving pretty well. I'd like to keep working at this more consistently and develop some real strength.
My EQ is variable - I still think it's because I haven't been with a woman in almost a year and it's starting to mess with my head. I was hoping something sexual might pan out this summer, but right now things aren't looking up.
So I want to start with a good physical foundation, like you say, and then keep adding on PE exercises as needed in the future.
