Only Doing PE 2 times a week, i can feel my penis is tired after the workout. Like i did this week 60 hard O grip jelq and some minuites with stretching
and i may think i stretch to hard, i use much force stretching SO. Thinking of taking a weight manual 0,5kg and hang it in a small rope from my penis/glans
for like 5 minutes. Gambling that's a good stretching stuff, maby pics coming.

Not so good keep doing the kegels, i do more like some fast kegels as warmup and take 3-6 set of 12-15reps .. hehe =D
Last day I was at toilet and pissed, and put my finger between the Asshole and my balls, and eveytime i pressed there i stopped pissing
Have asly mastrubated ass crazy and sec before i am coming, i have put my finger there and do some kegels and i felt like it stopped the cum

Did my routine yesterday, and did it weelll

Made my own stretchi maschine..hehe.. tok just some manual endet up in 470g weight and had reps of 1-3min hangig there.
Did bad ass hard kegels with the extra weight, had some heavy loaded blood weins on my penis then. But think kegels next time will only be with a 235g weight.

And 60good focus jelqs.

New pics in 3 months

Warning!...DO NOT hang weights from your glans with a rope or anything you tie behind your glans. You will damage the nerves.

How the shit, can someone use ADS like JAS extention stuff ?
And if i stretch with just my hands i still take grip around the glans ! :\

Even if its only 230grams ?

Sorry. Don't want to look up the conversion chart. 230 grams is? In oz's?

I was talking about serious weight, 3-5 labs or more. To hang properly you need to hang from the shaft, right behind the glans. BIB invented the BIB starter for people to hang safely.
Hanging weight from the corneal ridge is bad news. An ADS like the PenisMaster, attaches with a comfort band on the shaft behind the glans. Noose type ADS have a loop that stretches at the corneal ridge, but doesn't put that many foot pounds of pressure on the glans. If you are going to hang, I would suggest you do a lot of reading on the subject and then start slow, like all PE. JP

i think its about 7-8oz .. not so much weight !! is that ok or what ?
Its not like my penis is Coleman or something .

No, that is not too much. I regularly hang 10oz after a workout or pump session, to cool down in the stretched state. I have a soft rubber ring about 3/16" wide. I took 2 tear drop shaped, 5oz fishing weights and taped them together. I opened one end of the brass loop on the weight and closed it on the rubber ring. The reason I got on you was; You said "rope" that always sends up a red flag with me.

Thanks for the red flag warning

So i should just continue do my kegels with the 7oz weight.. but i have done some stretching with 14oz like.. 1min hang.. 1min break with some helicopter spinning and on and on... 14oz is that to much in 1 min sessions ?

14oz is not too much for a 15-20 minute session. Just watch the glans that you don't lose circulation.
