just tested my blood pressure at home and it is 117 /65 with pulse @ 69.
So the pressure are OK, the headace can probably be that i slept in a very hot room :\
Feeling fine to day and looking forward doing my routine

I have doing Pe for like 5 weeks now.. But i don't like stretching , i cant find a
good way to do them. It hurts a little bit in my glans when I use toilet paper around it and stretch.
And streching without toilet paper around it in shower i cant hold the grip .. grrr

Anyone have some tips ?

And i read about the helicopter propel.. What is the meaning of shaking your dick like a helicopter ???

And another thing.. when i stretch and doing the kegels.. my balls like going bouncing and i can feel the muscle or thick vein or what it is..
The on under your dick, i can feel it actually "working out" ... is this good stuff ??!! =)

Just took a hot shower and measured.. boneprecced stretch flaccid.. or what its called.. and i ended up 17cm.. started with 16cm..

but i don't know if i can stretch it better because i took the hot shower.. gonna take another measuring in one month in the same way and see how its then

Have been 2-3 weeks of the PE now trying to cut the frenulum at my own. But its hard, have had a needle true it sometimes but still No no no..
So i asked a private clinic what it would costs and just got the answer, 500 Dollars to cut it, DAMN.

So i just thinking about going to the pharmacy and get a scalpel and do it my self :\
And then come back for a real focus on PE giving all.

Have been off PE for long long time, waiting to cut my frenulum. But not happened yet.

It will within 4 weeks, and when the frenulum is gone i will start hardcore gaining again, and wont have a break
until it have goon 3 months .

Here are some pictures from today, a real shorty

Not 100% erect on the pictures, more like 85% i think, on a nice day i have 15cm ( 5,9" ) erect. Not bonepressed.
But it seems like its harder now to get 100% erect, than before. Maby i jerk off to much.
