Here we go again.
21 year old boy , nice trained body.. but there is something i wasent satisfied with.
yepp that was my "junior" . I was thinking i couldn`t do anything about it, and was like.
je je , just need to be confident with it. But then i used some hours on the internett,reading about jes extender and other ADS, and bang there came a new word in my dictionary.
Starting off with my rutine, its goes like this and its 1 day on 2 day off :
* 5-10min warming up with hot sock of rice
* 1 round of the light stretching starting right,down,left,up , and SO
* excactly 5min of wet jelqing
* excactly 2min of kegel dick jumps
* Little warm down
The stretches was not easy doing, but then a took a toilet paper around the glanse and it was much better grip.
With the jelqing i try my best do a good O grip and go from the base 2-3 strokes, but sometimes
it ending up more like a U grip .
Starting off with like 10 light kegel jumps and that hard ones lasting for some secods each.
But when i do the HARD kegels i use my ass and abs like crazy !!! ??
Another ting i wonder about is the u guys know under the top of ur "junior" u have a "elastic band" or what they call it , will it be better doinig jelqing and maby it will look bigger with cutting it off ?
And down to my sucky size , in lenght BonePressedFlaccid its only 6,3" and girth i really dony know yet.
Took the rutine yesterday and it took excactly 16minuites. willl do this for like 8 weeks in a row that 1 whole week of. And after that i probably will change my rutine.
