Default some changes

ive been peing for 2 months and 2 weeks now and ive seen some changes. First, my flacid state is longer than before, second my girth has gone from 5'' to 5.2'', my lenght is still the same dough. Ive been following the beginers program but ive increased the times, 10 minutes of stretching and 15 minutes of jelquing, i would like to know if its allright to ADD a new excercise or maybe CHANGE any of my current exercise for another one.....thanks

I would think that after 10 weeks that you would be conditioned enough to try some of the exercises in my bigginers 90 day routine.

Sergio: So long as you don't have any negative PIs, I'd have to concur with JonPop: You can start adding some advanced exercises now.
