Default loss size in lenght

i was doing the beginner's routine from the frontpage i dont know why but i lost my gains in flacid lenght :s, which are the better ones that i had, i think that its because i changed to another routine, the 90 days one. Hope i can get better results, I WONT GIVE UP!!!!

Sergio, you are re-conditioning your penis, take it slow. Do the exercises as written, no more. JP

Sergio: What are your PIs like? You might have went overboard, which often causes the penis to turtle. As JP says, you'll want to take it slow. But not too slow, which you've had trouble with in the past

Try the 5 on 2 off. If you notice any loss of night woodies, go to the 2 on 1 off schedule.
The 90 day routine is pretty mild if you follow it exactly. This will condition you for more advanced exercises in the future.
