2 weeks since the start of the 90 days routine. Some visible gains in the FL and in the girth (FG, EG). EL just grow a little. In the first week notice harder erections. 2 days off and start the 2nd week. At second day, during the jelq, at, maybe, 85% erection, a small pain, more like a burnning in the left side of the shaft. I stop and take more 2 days off. The problem is that the libido disapear and is hard to get erections. Yesterday and today i made more to sessions and tomorrow i gonna made one more and take more 2 days off. I have problems in the jelqs since only with a good level of erection im able to do it. The normal jelq i feel nothing but with the V jelq i really can feel the blood going upper.

Hey nonick: You may be using too much intensity. Especially with the weaker erections. This is a common sign of going overboard. Have you read the PIs article?

Hello timesbechangin. I use a more powerfull jelq during the normal jelq sessions, because i can't feel anything. During the skretches i feel nothing too. Maybe i overboard since the signs look like that. In the last sessions no more pain, just a sensation of something not good in the left side of the shaft. I will stop for some days just to see the evolution.

Nonick. Do not, repeat, do not Jelq with an 85% erection. Go re-read the 90 day routine. I recommend 60-70%. Just trying to keep you from a major set back. Take it slow, it takes many weeks to condition your penis.

Pause until now. Go to restart the routine, but now 2 days on one off and use a lower level of erection when jelquing. I have a gain of 1,5 cm in FL (4,5cm to 6cm) but in the EL still the same (12.5cm). Still having dificulty on the erections but i think that is because a high level of stress in the last month since during my sleep, my wife notice very hard erections. I go to the doctor and the analises give a low level of testosteron and he give me a hormonal terapy and some Cialis to help.
