Default will start the routine!

I been seen and reading PE for a year or so but never do it. So I will give it a try!
BPEL: 7.85" last time I checked
EG:6"
posting my soft size is nonsense. But at the smallest it is 3.8" to 5.5"

My goals?
I only want half an inch girth and .75" length, so it doesn't look to fat.


Anyways does any member have pictures from before and now? Let me know.
That is what I have never seen in any PE forum...

I am not here actually to gain or afraid of my size, but just to check if this works for my own. So, I can tell other people. I have done porn, have had many partners ( I am straight btw) And have seen many guys erected while I was doing porn and I was the biggest expect one guy beat me .



So? pictures from before and after?

andyo: Welcome to The PE Gym! Good to have you aboard.

With a near 8X6 I can imagine your one of the biggest you've seen.

As for the pictures: Most men, for one reason or another, don't take them. We've discussed it before in this thread: http://www.pegym.com/forums/sweety-s...res-gains.html

The big problem is taking them beforehand. Guys that PE tend to be ashamed of their size, and the last thing they want is pictures to remind them of that. Although, the lack of pictures surely doesn't help our cause. I think I'll add a few notes throughout the site to "encourage" members to take starting pictures. Speaking of, have you taken any starting pics?

Indeed, I have hundred of pictures. The only way it will be noticeable is gaining .75-1 inches or more..

Today I did a few Jelguing, and I will try to do some stretching now in front of the computer... oh, should I warm up for the stretching? Oh, and while I drive I do the Kegels.
The last pictures I took were comparing with a Gillete can.

I post two pictures...

The many other pictures are of my penis and with women.

andyo: Good pictures. Your best bet is to also take some pictures of you measuring, so you can have solid proof of your progress.

You should warm up before doing all PE exercises (excluding Kegels), including jelqing and stretching.

I did not do any exercises yesterday... I should do more since I am doing slighly exercises. Makes sense I guess since I dont want to gain to much... I am mostly doing it for strength ( actually hurts my gf If I was a little bugger)

Andyo, if you're mostly doing it for hardness, make sure to focus on your kegels and jelqs (jelqing with an erection level of around 70 or slightly more is probably best in this case).
