Slankers Progress Log Ok, so I thought I had better keep track and at the same time get valuable feedback on my routine. It has been 3.5 months now that I have been PEing, started in December 07. In the beginning I foolishly did not measure my BPEL/BPFSL, as I was always under the assumption that my penis was 5.5'' BPEL measured in my early twenties.
On that note, after measuring at the end of my second month I came up with the following interesting results: BPEL 6.0'' (measuring at top of penis) and BPFSL 6.2'' (measuring from side of penis)
And I had noticed two things, a curve on my penis to the left, and additional base girth and bottom part of my penis both of which I have never noticed before. I put these down to two possibilities, the curve is from exercising incorrectly or it has always been their and I have never paid attention to it until now, the base girth is my newbie gains (the 0.5'') the inner penis having been stretched out initially. Or again it is just something I haven't noticed before and also measuring bone pressed.
I hope they are newbie gains and I advise anyone to measure at the beginning to save the confusion. Either way I am pleasantly surprised.
The supplements that I took during the first period were tribulus tessteris and tongkat ali, and I had good results with both, as in morning woody and additional hardness of erections. Currently I am on no supplements except zinc. The routine.
I have a low LOT.
I started off with the basic beginners routine that you would find on this website, basic stretching, jais, jelqs for ten minutes. Over time, my routine has developed on to something like this, preferring quality over quantity 5 days on two days off: 5 minute warm up
10 minute sustained stretching, sometimes if time and energy permits I would do 15 or 20 minutes
jai stretches x 50 (also I do these when I can in the shower etc)
5 or 10 minutes tunica stretching, v's and assisted v, using a tub of vit e cream.
3 part dry jelq x 25 (I also do these when I can)
v grip jelqs 5 minutes or more
5 minute warm down
All in all I try to remain consistent, use quality when time and energy are an issue, and I stretch when I can, sometimes 6 days a week.
Current stats as of 16/03/2008: BPEL: 6.15'' EQ 8.5
BPFSL: 7.00''
Now my gains are mainly in BPFSL, and this is showing a potential for gains (I hope), any thoughts?
