Default TGC Theory guinea pig

Hey there,

Just decided that I would test out this theory. Because it really sounds like a possible solution. So with the suggestion from Iguana to start a progress log, here I am.

Right now, my erections are at 9.5-10 from doing years of girth work + PC workouts. Hell, if I masturbate long enough, I can even get some expansion from it. So if I go by the theory, I need to train my tunica. So that's what I'll be doing.

Now, I've had a history of bad luck with stretch type exercises, which is why I've mostly stuck with girth exercises...but I'm going to try and fix this. I've been experimenting with different solutions to this problem for about a month now and I've stumbled upon something that's working for my sensitive skin.

Since I haven't done alot of length work, I'm taking it easy at first by simply doing basic stretches to get me up to more intense stuff. I just stretch downwards for as long as my hand can hold the stretch., then I switch hands and do the same, and repeat. I'm currently doing this for 15 minutes, and I'm aiming to up the amount of time bit by bit.

I'm going to keep girth work to a minimum this month, and we'll see just what happens out of this.

Sounds great wohoo! Remember to use lots and lots of heat before and during your stretching. And you should also include a cool down.
If you have questions see this thread: http://www.pegym.com/forums/general-...cool-down.html

Good luck! We look forward to following your progress!

Wohoo, you really need to stretch in all directions. Try 6:00, 3:00, 9:00 and 12:00. This will give you a much better lig(s) workout. Try about 2 minutes at each angle and do 3 reps.
