Another TGC-test pilot

Second post of the day.

Did another session today. Entered the tube hard, 2 x 10min at 2.5HG, about 5min edging followed by 20 3sec kegels.

I am not sure. My problem is that I usually do not have morning wood or night time erections but I can get an erection very easy and it is always very hard.

I basically feel the same now as I always do.

Before I usually did 3 x 20min sets at 5HG with no problem (other then some fluid build up from time to time). My work volume now is radically lower and so is the intensity. I suspect that I have not found the zone yet because of the above mentioned, so I will continue experimenting some with volume and intensity this week. If nothing changes I will take a one week break.

Another thing I have considered is that maybe my smooth muscle level is fine. When I started this February the difference between my BPEL and my BPFSL was 1cm. After my jelqing/hanging period I measured a BPFSL of 19.7cm. My BPEL did catch up and measured in at 18.5cm in the end. Now my BPFSL is 19.5 and my BPEL is 18.5 so the difference is back to where it was when I started. This might indicate that I need a higher difference between the two to gain.

Thoughts?

Well, I just did some measuring and my very first water pumping session.

BPEL came in below 18.5cm, probably around 18cm (I have a home made wooden ruler and I did not make any lines below 18.5 since that is where I am at now..).

BPFSL came in at 19.4cm.

It seems clear that I am overtraining. Last night I had sex and had one dry orgasm and two regular ones. I think the pumping and the sex is proving too much for me.

My water pumping session was awsome! I did 2 x 15min sets at 3.5HG with 80 jelqs between sets. First time I have packed the cylinder! Very cool!

I will take a break untill next monday and see if BPEL and BPFSL gets up again.

Hey babbis, hot water pumping is great, eh? That's the ONLY way I pump anymore. Usually 5Hg for around 15-20 minutes. No fluid build up, no bruising, no spots, just a great session. If you haven't tried the silicon ring yet, get yourself one of these. Pure comfort. JP

Yes, I really liked it! It was REALLY motivating to pack the sides of my 2" cylinder all the way to the head!

Do you mean a regular silicon cock ring at the base? Do you have a link?
