Rested yesterday. My BPFSL was back to 19.7 yesterday and the same today. Did 300 jelqs with a silicone cock ring, starting my jelqs about 1" away from the base. Followed the jelqs with some O-bends, 30sec holds, bending down at two points (one after the other), one 30sec bend upwards at one point, one point to the left and to the right for 20sec and two more times bending down for 20sec at two points.

I only used the silicone cock ring at the base so bloodflow was good. If I were to rate erection % I would say about 30%, very pliable yet plump. Finished the session with a mini-edging session (2min) and had a nice plump flaccid after.

This was interesting. I might try out a period of O-bends coupled with some hanging...Maybe O-bends on Mon-Wed and hanging Tue-Thur and Fri.

2 x 20min waterpumping at 3HG this evening. Silicone cock ring 1 hour after to keep some of the pump.

BPFSL: 19.7cm

20min hanging SO with 3kg
300 jelqs
O-bends with silicone cock ring, 30 sec holds, a total of 2min bending down, 1min to the sides and 1min bending up
20min waterpumping at 3-4HG, worked my way to a full erection, 20min waterpumping at 4-5HG (upped it to 8HG for about 5sec..just because I have never pumped over 6HG)
100 slow jelqs with about 80% erection
Silicone cock ring around the entire package for a while (it actually snapped) to keep some pump

Will measure on Thursday and do a similar routine.

Been trying to implement the TGC-theory the last couple of weeks. I do a total of 5min stretching (1min holds, 5 directions), 100 jelqs, 6min O-bends, 100 jelqs and sometimes I do a set or two of water pumping (20min sets at 4-5HG).

I have been seeing positive changes when I measure but I am still not calling it a gain. Today I saw 18.9cm (4mm above my previous gain) but like I said, I will keep going for a while longer and try to get the measurement on camera.

Last time I checked my BPFSL was still 19.7cm so I am aiming to reach over 19cm BPEL before I switch focus to my tunica again. Would be a milestone for me if I get to 19cm BPEL soon... I remember not beeing able to measure 1mm above 17.5cm BPEL..no matter how hard I pressed that ruler into my pubic bone..

Oh, and I am taking 1-3 rest days between workouts.

Babbis...I am a firm believer in resting between every workout, I think it's a great strategy and makes perfect sense with the rest of your body. You wouldn't go to the gym, work out your biceps everyday and actually expect to see any gains? Whether it be strength or size, growth happens during rest/sleep, not through constant fatigue.
