Babbis...I am a firm believer in resting between every workout, I think it's a great strategy and makes perfect sense with the rest of your body. You wouldn't go to the gym, work out your biceps everyday and actually expect to see any gains? Whether it be strength or size, growth happens during rest/sleep, not through constant fatigue.
