EQ very high today.. Measured 18.5cm BPEL but forgot to measure BPFSL before doing my routine.

I decided to do about 10min jelqing with about 90%+ erection to porn today...using a mild grip. It felt real nice and I ended up doing 500 strokes in those 10min.

After my jelqing I hung my usual 2.5kg SD for 24min, did 50 helicopters each way to get some blood flow then strapped on my static stretcher. Going to wear it for 2 hours. I am stretched to about 19cm BPFSL with it on.

Will be exciting to see how this doubling of my jelqs (+ the high erection level and mild grip) will affect my EQ and BPFSL tomorrow. Also, I had sex last night so that might be of influence on my BPEL-measurement today.

Yesterday my BPFSL was 19.8cm.

I did 300 jelqs followed by 2.5kg SD over a fulcrum for 20min.

Today my EQ was high and since I do not have my hanger here I did 500 1sec, mild jelqs at 90% erection in the middle of the day today and the same this evening.

Jelqing never gave me any gains in the past but I always go back to them because of the excellent hang I get post jelqing.

Let`s see what tomorrows EQ brings.

I am terrible at updating this log! Will do better!

I have only done 500 quick, mild jelqs with 80-90% erection level the last few days. I might have seen a positive upswing in BPEL this morning but I will have to re-measure with my pump to know for sure.

Did 500 quick, mild jelqs this morning.

Measured BPEL in my pump about 1 hour ago...no change. Ended up doing one set at 3HG for 10min. No more PE today.

Edit: Could not help but to do some more pumping..

Did one 10min set of water pumping with a silicone sleeve at the base (just to try it out) and one 10min set of regular water pumping. Used 4HG on the first set and 5HG on the last set. Good expansion in the tube but not much out of the tube.

I am using the sleeve around the entire package now to keep some of the pump. The sleeve is a silicone sleeve that comes with monkeybars vac-hanger cut to a suitable size.

Looks like I am falling back into old habits. I gain, want more, get frustrated that I can not gain more so I do more and more untill I give up and take a long break... Maybe I should just go on another 6month break? If I gain 0.5cm every 6 months I should reach my goal in 3years from now..

Nah, I will continue with "girth-type" exercising with the odd length session here and there.

Today: Pumping - 3 x 20min at 5HG "regular pumping", entering the tube with a thick condom (the press-vac from static stretcher) covering my penis head and some of my shaft to prevent fluid build up in my frenulum. Also, I entered the tube erect today. Got some ok expansion (0.5cm mid shaft) and wore a silicone cock ring around the entire package for a while after to keep the pump.

Did 500 quick jelqs right after my last set and about 40 jelqs between each set.

Seems like you and I are on in the same babbis. I usually catch myself after a session or two of going overboard. I think it's man's natural instinct to do more than he can handle -- whether it's in PE or anything else

Have been on decon for almost two months now. Started back up today: 300 jelqs at around 70% erection, 5min break or so followed by 20min hanging 2.5kg SD.

BPEL: 18.5cm
BPFSL: 19.5cm

Let`s see if I can get another 0.5cm with the same routine this time around.

BPFSL: 19.6cm (measured 3 times)

Same routine as yesterday but with 10 extra jelq strokes.

I do not think I will ever stop PEing.. It really is like working out..it is good for you. Will be interesting to see if I experience the same as last time.

How is your chemical PE-program coming along Iguana?
