Talking Bodistavas progress log

I have been PEing since Oct. 07' and I have seen gains in both girth and length already. I took a small break, but I'm back on Jonpops 5 on 2 off 90 day routine. So far I'm seeing mostly positive PIs, the only real negative PIs are the slight red spots and a little chaffing. I have a new BPSFL of around 7 1/4 and it just seems to be growing(knock on wood). I'm on a tunica heavy cycle right now doing about a 70/30 split focusing mainly on stretching. I have lost a little EQ(about a 7.5) but it improves on my off days. I'm also doing kegels every day, around 300-500 1 second holds with a set of (10) 10 second holds right after with no off day.
In addition to my erect gains, I would have to say I have a completely different looking flacid penis. It hangs at an average of 4 to 5 in. in length(no less than about 4) and I've measured it to be about 4 in. in girth at any time, compared to how it used to look which I never cared to measure.

I have decided to change up the routine a bit to try out the TGC theory, and might be mixing up the clues a little. My EQ is lower than I would usually rate it(around 75%) and I feel like I'm not getting the most out of my routine. Also I have been under some stress and have changed up my diet. I'm back on red meat and other fatty foods, and had a few coffees over the week end. My penis isn't feeling over worked, and my routine today was a slight improvement from the last 4 sessions. I guess I'm looking for some advice.
So my BPSFL is a little shorter this week at around 6 7/8 and that's what my BPEL is usually at, I don't think I would have recorded an accurate measurement today. The way it looks right now, I have an even amount of inches in BPEL and BPSFL, and I have an EQ of around 7.5.......So which is it, my tunica or smooth muscle? Also can anyone recommend a solid more advanced routine than the 90 day, I have been experimenting with some of these advanced moves since I was in high school with out knowing about PE, (which sucks,my cock would be huge by now!) and would like to incorporate them into a more structured routine.
Another thing I was wondering is when I'm doing any kind of Uli or an extended squeeze my dick gets a lot bigger than normal,(I'm guessing around 7.5 by 5.5) what should I be doing to get it to get that way all the time? Thanks

I started to not count out how many jelqs I do, instead I do it for around 20 minutes at 5+ second strokes. I have a clock that tics, so i use it as a metronome. It's making the whole thing easier. does anyone else do it this way? I think I get the TGC theory now, making my last session more productive. I'll keep at it until I get the results I want, and will get.

bodistava,

I think your case is pretty cut and dry. You need to focus on smooth muscle work. Why do I say this?

1.) Your last routine was tunica oriented and heavy with stretching.
2.) You lost EQ and now have an EQ around 7.5
3.) Your BPFSL is notably longer than your BPEL.
4.) You gain in size while doing Ulis or squeezes.

I think you are on the right track with the jelq sessions. Try to cut way back on the stretching and focus on getting that EQ back up. If you have a pump or clamps, you might want to start throwing in some sessions.

Hey guys, thanks for all the advice. I think I'll cut back on the strtches. The girth exercises totally pump up my EQ so I'll stick with those. thanks again everyone.

Well the EQ is back up at around a 9 I would say. My routine is very SM oriented, it looks like this:
10 min. heating pad warm up
10 second stretches in 3 directions(up, left, right, straight out)
20 minute Jelq at moderate EL
10 10 second Uli
erect bends in all directions
I'll keep on this routine unless something goes wrong, or some one knows a better one for smooth muscle workouts.
