Default Garglechapper's progress log

Hi everyone, here is my progress log. I am one week into my programme. (About 2 weeks in, I realised that my measurement technique after the first week had changed, so all my gains compared to my starting stats seemed much more significant [1/4" too much] I have changed the starting stats to correct this). Like beaver I'll post my measurements in this first post and also add other posts containing more in depth information that might be of use to other newbies looking to learn from this experience. Excellent log by the way beaver.

I'm putting a measurement in this first post every week. The gains shown alongside the meaurements are cumulative unless it says otherwise.

Ultimate goal (NBP): 8.5 X 7.25"

PROGRESS LOG
Goal for one month (NBP): 7 X 6.5" (BP: 8")

Starting stats (22/03/2008):
BPER: 7 6/8"
Girth (widest): 6.25"

Week 2 - 30/03/2008:
BPER: 7 6/8" - No gains
Girth: 6.25" - No gains

Day 13
, during week 2 - 4/03/2008
BPER: 7 7/8" - Gain of 1/8"
Girth: 6.25" - No gains

Day 25, week 4 - 15/04/2008
BPER: 7 7/8" - No further gains
Girth: 6.25" - No gains

Default Thoughts after first week

I am using the basic beginners programme as explained in Remek's excellent guide. I exercised on a one day on, two days off basis this week, and depending on my PI's I will move to a one day on, one day off routine from week two onwards. I stick to the guide - 10min warm up, 6 minutes stretching, 10mins of jelqing and 50 kegels (I do the kegels everyday or whenever I remember).

It's worked well so far. I have experienced gains of 1/4". After my second session my dick felt a little tender and I lost my morning wood so in line with Sparkyx's advice about PI's I stopped exercising until it came back, which was 4 days. I realised after doing most of my jelqs that day that I was at about 90% erection level, so I guess that is probably what caused it. Also I don't masturbate too much normally so I might be a little bit sensitive to start with.

Since starting I am much hornier, especially before my second workout and after my morning wood recovered. Its kinda funny. I hope that these gains continue for a while.

Good session today. I stepped up the jelqs and stretches to 15 and 8 minutes respectively at a slightly higher intensity. Dick is hanging long and thick, it feels good.

I have a slight problem with my veins when I'm jelqing. They tend to get pulled up with my hand and "bunch" which can be a little uncomfortable, although I don't know if it could be dangerous at all. I have started to use my free hand to pull the skin down under my other hand, which straightens the veins out. It seems to work ok.

I am also getting tempted to just keep going past my allotted exercise time but I know there is a risk of overtraining especially since I have only just started. It's funny, to start with I found it kinda boring to stretch and jelq, but since seeing gains I am paying more attention to how my dick is feeling while I am doing it and thinking more about the final result I suppose the real challenge will be staying dedicated when the easy gains stop coming. How did any of you experienced guys deal with this?

Are you using enough lube? Your veins shouldn't get "Bunched" up.
Us "experienced guys" use dedication. Simple as that.

I'm just using body lotion. I'll get some baby oil, someone said its the best. Best for the beast

I have a notepad I carry around everywhere. Wrote my goal in it to keep me motivated. Early days yet but I'm inspired to think in the long term by you more experienced guys..I'm looking at you JonPop..hehe. And uhh thanks for the insightful comments luvs..lol
