I am using the basic beginners programme as explained in
Remek's excellent guide. I exercised on a one day on, two days off basis this week, and depending on my PI's I will move to a one day on, one day off routine from week two onwards. I stick to the guide - 10min warm up, 6 minutes stretching, 10mins of jelqing and 50 kegels (I do the kegels everyday or whenever I remember).
It's worked well so far. I have experienced gains of 1/4". After my second session my dick felt a little tender and I lost my morning wood so in line with
Sparkyx's advice about PI's I stopped exercising until it came back, which was 4 days. I realised after doing most of my jelqs that day that I was at about 90% erection level, so I guess that is probably what caused it. Also I don't masturbate too much normally so I might be a little bit sensitive to start with.
Since starting I am much hornier, especially before my second workout and after my morning wood recovered. Its kinda funny. I hope that these gains continue for a while.
