| I'm going to rag on you for having an 8X6 starting dick.
This is what MOST guys shoot for and work at, for years. Welcome to the PE Gym, HKguy.

Rep Power: 0 | Thank you for the "kind" welcome lol. We will see what happens, I have done alot of reading up on it so we will see. I'm in to alot of forms of health and physical exercises so i think thats what drew me towards it. And I won't ever have to take viagra lol.

Rep Power: 0 | Well hate to say it but I followed JonPops workout for a month, only missed a few days, in which i thought i did a good job on catching up. But the measurements are all the same. Any words from wise? Again it has only been a month. Let me know what you guys think.
Peace

| Well HKguy, there is NO magic in PE. One month is not unusual to see no results.
You keep after this and pretty soon you will be posting about your gains, promise.

Rep Power: 0 | Oh yeah not giving up or anything, just wondering if its its normal, I figured it was.
As for the PI's I have had a few or maybe just one of the negatives, and a few of the positives.

Rep Power: 0 | Why? Yeah, I'm gonna have to rag on you a bit for trying to get a bigger dick too. I'll probably never reach your starting measurements, nor am I even aiming for them! Go for it all the same, it's not my business to lecture anybody on whether or not to do PE, or anything else for that matter. However, I am curious...Just why do want to make such a so-called "ideal" sized cock any bigger? With respect, SS |

Rep Power: 0 | Very good question, I would have to say it all has to do with exercise, well-being and health. Im sure if i PE I will never have ED problems down the road do to the fact that my penis is very healthy. I was told by my significant other though that I should not make it any longer, so I work mostly on blood flow exercises. So I as a person am really into health and fitness so it just fits in my nitch. Thanks for the question.
Now for today (yeah, I started again)
Measurments are the same, work out has changed.
50-Jelq
100-kegels
3 ten second Ulis
3 20 sec a-stretchs
Does that sound good? More? less?
