Rep Power: 3 | Glad to see you starting a log here, Andyroo.
I'm one who really eased into PE and I'm still kind of reluctant to add days and intensity. I know my progress log is kind of verbose, but you might find parts of it interesting especially if you have a tendency to overtrain.
I'm coming up on two months of PE and I'm still doing PE 1 day on 1 day off. It took me a while to finally settle into that pattern. I kept wanting to add days.
I might be changing things up again in another couple weeks to a 2 days on/1 day off routine. I'm not decided just yet.
Take it easy. Be gentle. I've always been a believer that a workout should usually be pretty easy. This probably comes from training myself to run a few years ago. The limit I gave myself then is that I pace myself by my breath. If I'm breathing comfortably, I'm not over doing it. If I'm breathing hard, I need to pull back until my breath becomes cozy again.
With PE it's a lot different. It's not as easy to find that limit. I usually just goe with what feels pleasant. Anthing that has every felt like pinching, tightening skin, intense pressure (subjective things hard to describe) I pull back. Working biceps or pectorals is a different experience. The pain in those large muscles is not always a bad thing. With PE, there's a different principle that I've always followed. I just try to feel that blood moving through the penis. I have learned to increase the intensity since I began, but I was very gentle in the beginning.
Best wishes.

Anyways, good luck to you andyroo! |

Rep Power: 0 | I read your progress threat all the way through and its great, it should be a mandatory read for all new PEers! I wish I had read a thread like it back in December when I began PEing!

Hey, I'm glad it's turned out to be helpful. It's helped me to remember things and to make modifications to my approach. You can see that I had some bumps along the way, some uncertainty, took a couple little steps back, etc. I think my log helped me to not get discouraged early.

Rep Power: 0 | My girlfriend was around this weekend, so I decided to take Saturday/Sunday off. Monday morning I woke up with one of the hardest morning woods I've had in a long time which was very encouraging and so monday afternoon I got back at it, did my stretches and began my jelqing... but I had a really hard time keeping the level of erection I wanted... I would either have to work at around an 85% erection, or it would fizzle out and go limp every 30-45 seconds, which was very frustrating.
I finished my routine (after jelqing taking twice as long as it normally does) with a quick cold shower and just before I went to bed I did my kegels.
Does anyone else notice their penis goes kinda hard when they kegel? Not hard as in erection, but the tissue under the skin seems too stiffen...
Anyways, I had an awful nights sleep since I had to get up around 7:30am and I was up late reading/on the phone with the girlfriend so I only managed about 4 or 4.5 hours of sleep... but my alarm woke me up at 7:30 and I had no morning wood at all, which makes me think that maybe I was squeezing too tightly on my member while I was jelqing, which is a bad habit I picked up when I first started PEing... though it may be that I did not get enough rest.
This afternoon I've gotten a good amount of "random woodies" while I've been sitting on my ass working on my last essay of the year... and today Im taking the day off since I am currently starting a 1 day on, 1 day off, 2 days on 1 day off cycle.

Rep Power: 0 | Last night I only got about 3-4 hours of sleep again, due to being up late working on an essay and then getting up early to come to the library at my university... and Im probably going to be in the library all day, so Im going to be taking a second day off.
I didnt have morning wood, but Im not worried about it since I've had very little sleep recently... besides, yesterday my flaccid was probably the best its ever been all day long and its still good today... not as good mind you, but I've been drinking coffee, which from what I've heard coffee isnt great for the old flaccid... back on the bandwagon tomorrow!

Rep Power: 0 | After a solid nights rest I woke up and to my delight.... morning wood! Had breakfast, watched some sports centre than did my routine...
Somethings I noticed...
I warmup and stretch while Im in the shower and I had a good stretch, but my penis remained in a semi turtled state the entire stretch... and that was after a 10 minute shower warm up
Got out of the shower dried of and did my jelq session, which was a really good one... then I got back in the shower, turned on the cold water and went for my cool down... I dont know if the water was too cold... but after about 40 seconds my penis, which prior to the cold water was hanging really well (good jelq session) started to turtle up quickly. So I turned off the water but my penis was already in turtle mode...
I thought that a cooldown was supposed to somewhat "solidify" the work I had just done... because thats definitely not what just happened
EDIT: Its been around an hour now and he's still turtled from the cold shower
