Default Bigproject's Progression Thread

I have begun the beginner's exercise, with some modifications of my own, posted on the introduction site, and I will do two days on, and one day off for rest. I completed the past two days, and I was wondering about how long would the beginner's exercise take when done properly?

My basic routine is:
1.) Warm-up - at least 5 minutes of heat
2.) Stretching and Kegeling - 20 Kegels per stretch (Straight, Up, Down, Left, and Right) with the "Helpcopter Spin" inbtween each stretch
3.) Jelqing - 15 Jelqs, then 10 V Jelqs. Three sets of each for a total of 45 Jelqs and 30 V Jelqs.
4.)Cool-Down - at least 5 minutes of heat

I have completed the first two days of exercise, with the second day being today.

I have noticed some spotting on the penis, and I think that my grip, while jelqing, may have been too tight.

In general, my penis feels good, better than usual to be honest.

I would say for the most part, the beginner's routine should take around 30-40 minutes.

You might want to change #4 to Cool Down - at least 5 minutes of cold compress or ice. Heat at the end of the routine will not be beneficial.

Otherwise, looks good!

why is ice better than heat at the end of a session?

Yes, Iguana? I'm touting my own gains using warm up and warm down. Maybe I missed something?

Day three of PE has been completed. The routine was slightly augmented with the addition of 5 extra of each jelq per rep for a total of 60 jelqs and 45 V jelqs. Also, I've changed the warm down to a cool down by taking some advice I've read while searching through these forums. The warm-up and stretches remained the same.

The spotting has completely disappeared. Also, I'm noticing that my unit is hanging a good bit lower while flacid. I'm expecting this to be a good sign

A little bump in the schedule. I didn't have time to PE on Saturday, and I realized that I should change my schedule to M, W, F, S. T, TH, and Saturday would be the off days.

I kept the same routine.

I'm noticing a nice flacid length, which is something otherwise uncommon for me. I'm very excited about this.

I believe that I'm getting the hang of the exercises, and I will start to measure every other week starting this coming Friday.

More and more of the same.

Same schedule, exercises, and still feeling good about it.

More and more of the same until today.

I noticed that my flacid length is starting to turtle at times. It will vary, but at times, it will be pretty shriveled, at times, it will be about average, and at other times, it will be above average according to my standards.

Is this normal for the flacid length of the penis to be changing drastically throughtout the duration of the day at my current time in PE?

Oh, and today, I couldn't maintain an erection for beans, so I cut me jelqing short by about half. It was nearly flacid, so I figured I wasn't doing myself any good.
