Default red dots!

ok, so i hear pretty much everyone can expect to get those red specks in their PE career, and i got my first one today.

just wondering
-how long they stay for
-how to get rid of them/speed up the healing process
-preventing them in the future?

cheers

p.s does this mean im kind of now a full member of the PE club????....maybe? no? ok then

Welcome to the club. I don't know of anyone doing PE that hasn't gotten Newbie spots.
They go away in a day or so. Nothing to worry about.

I had the dots, and they lasted for less than a week. I actually got them right after my first session of PE. I was doing 2 days on and 1 day off. I did PE the second day, even though the dots were still visable. After my second PE day, the dots didn't get worse, but they didn't really get better. I did loosen my grip a bit while jelqing. On my rest day, they started to heal up nicely, and by my next PE day, they were practically gone.

So, short answer, I would assume that they would be gone in less than a weeks time at the latest.
