Well, I went out and bought supplies for a Captn's Wench last night, and then I built it!

The only thing I could NOT find for the life of me was a CableClamp, BUT I just ordered some off an e-tailer, so my wench should be complete in a few days

Girth routine today, will update later.

P.S. Anyone know what retail stores would sell TheraBand?

I think Wal Mart sells them; at least, I've seen mention of it being at Wal Mart on other forums.

I regularly hang 8 pounds. Have hung as much as 12. Found that around 5-6 pounds is the best for me.

Yea, I was just testing it out and got excited.

I think I may try 3 sets of 20 minutes hanging 5 lbs today and see how that works.

Any thoughts? Or should I start with 2.5 lbs for a couple of weeks?

I did 2, 20-minute sets of 2.5 lbs hanging. Then I did some jelqing and Uli's. Then I finally decided to just do a manual stretch routine today.

7/5:
  • I was already warmed up so I went straight into stretching
  • 13 minutes basic stretching, some were V, C, and A-stretches, others were just basic stretches (30 seconds each stretch)
  • 5 minutes JAI stretching

If you are just starting into stretching with weights, I'd stay around 2 lbs, for a couple of weeks. 3-15 minute sets a day. After 2 weeks, increase in 1/2-1 lb, increments each week.

Thanks for the advice JonPop.

I think I got a little too excited when I got my hanger working, but now that I can think more clearly...

I think it would be best if I just rode manual stretching as far as it will go. If I haven't gained any more length by January 1, 2009, I think I may try hanging. I think I will slowly work my way up to 20 minutes of manual stretching (excluding JAI stretching, which I don't really count).

4/20: 6.5" BPFSL
5/09: 6.75" BPFSL
6/06: 7" BPFSL
7/04: 7.25" BPFSL

This trend shows that apparently my manual stretching routines are still working just fine.

The first 2 times I gained in BPFSL, it corresponded with an increase in BPEL. This means that hopefully my BPEL will be above the 7" mark soon. Also if this trend keeps going, I really think I could hit 8" by next year if I wanted to. Who knows?

I am going to get my length goal over with first, and then work on my girth goal. I've heard countless people say that having a larger girth will hinder length gains, so I will believe them and hold off on any extreme girth stuff. Just basic jelqing until I reach my BPEL goal.

7/6:

First of all I'm going to inform you guys on how I manage my stretch routines.

I use a Tabata Clock to organize my routines. You can find one online at Tabata Clock

Basically the clock lets you set these variables:
  • Work time - The amount of time each penis stretch lasts
  • Rest Time - The amount of time between stretches
  • Reps - How many stretches you do
I have also used it with jelqing, squeezes, and kegels. It can really come in handy.

Not only does it help me organize my routine, it helps me mix up my routine easily.

For example: Some days I will do 60 second stretches with 20 seconds rest in-between. Or maybe I will do 30 second stretches with 10-15 seconds rest in-between. The options are limitless.

Today, I tried a new variable. I did 20 second stretches with 5 seconds rest in-between. This really fatigued my tunica/ligs. My dick didn't have enough time to fully rest in-between stretches, so each stretch made it more and more tiring. I was also able to apply a tiny bit more force to my stretches because I didn't have to hold them as long. I did 13 total minutes, which is 39 sets on the Tabata Clock when doing 20 second stretches.

Anyhow, I encourage you guys to try this out, it may help you out some!

I am also starting a new routine rotation:
  • 3 days on, 1 day off
  • Day 1 & 2 = Length
  • Day 3 = Girth
I will probably only do basic jelqing on girth days, and stay away from advanced techniques like clamping until I get to the length that I want.
