First of all I'm going to inform you guys on how I manage my stretch routines.
I use a Tabata Clock to organize my routines. You can find one online at Tabata Clock
Basically the clock lets you set these variables:
- Work time - The amount of time each penis stretch lasts
- Rest Time - The amount of time between stretches
- Reps - How many stretches you do
I have also used it with jelqing, squeezes, and kegels. It can really come in handy.
Not only does it help me organize my routine, it helps me mix up my routine easily.
For example: Some days I will do 60 second stretches with 20 seconds rest in-between. Or maybe I will do 30 second stretches with 10-15 seconds rest in-between. The options are limitless.
Today, I tried a new variable. I did 20 second stretches with 5 seconds rest in-between. This really fatigued my tunica/ligs. My dick didn't have enough time to fully rest in-between stretches, so each stretch made it more and more tiring. I was also able to apply a tiny bit more force to my stretches because I didn't have to hold them as long. I did 13 total minutes, which is 39 sets on the Tabata Clock when doing 20 second stretches.
Anyhow, I encourage you guys to try this out, it may help you out some!
I am also starting a new routine rotation:
- 3 days on, 1 day off
- Day 1 & 2 = Length
- Day 3 = Girth
I will probably only do basic jelqing on girth days, and stay away from advanced techniques like clamping until I get to the length that I want.
