My dick feels... different today. Different but good. It feels very soft and pliable. I think I should take advantage of this and do some fulcrum stretches today.

7/18:
  • 10 minute warmup
  • 5 minutes basic stretching (30 second stretches, 10 seconds rest)
  • 5 minutes Fulcrum stretching with hairspray bottle (1 minute stretches, 20 seconds rest)
  • 3 minutes BTC stretching (20 second stretches, 5 seconds rest)
  • 3 minutes JAI stretching to promote elongation
  • 10 ULI#3's with edging in-between (30-second ULIs)
  • More edging, ending in ejaculation (I always ejaculate when I do length-based routines)
  • 5 minutes cold water in shower
  • 5 minutes hot water in shower
  • Tada!
My dick STILL feels very soft and pliable, and just plain awesome! It makes me feel like I'm about to gain something, really. I hope it continues to feel like this and I hope I gain!

7/19:
  • 13 minute warm-up
  • Helicopter shakes
  • 200 wet jelqs slow cadence 4+ seconds per jelq (took almost 20 minutes, good expansion, good feeling)
  • Edging
  • Hot shower as warm-down
Dick feels good. I may do a stretching routine this evening.

It was awesome hehe, and I think I'm going to do a stretching routine here in a little while.

My flaccid hang has been amazing the past two days so I'm going to take that as a positive PI.

  • No JAI stretches, no warm down, or no cool down, I was super tired so I hit the sack

All the signs are there. Good flaccid health for example.

These are good signs for growth. When the signs start to disapear lighten up on your PE routine.

Bad signs a hard cord like flaccid.
An erection that does not seem fully erect. (Sometimes this may indicate that growth has occurred) an EQ level between 6-8. Then you want to cement this.
