My dick feels... different today. Different but good. It feels very soft and pliable. I think I should take advantage of this and do some fulcrum stretches today.
3 minutes BTC stretching (20 second stretches, 5 seconds rest)
3 minutes JAI stretching to promote elongation
10 ULI#3's with edging in-between (30-second ULIs)
More edging, ending in ejaculation (I always ejaculate when I do length-based routines)
5 minutes cold water in shower
5 minutes hot water in shower

These are good signs for growth. When the signs start to disapear lighten up on your PE routine.
Bad signs a hard cord like flaccid.
An erection that does not seem fully erect. (Sometimes this may indicate that growth has occurred) an EQ level between 6-8. Then you want to cement this.
