Whoah, been forgetting to post.

7/25:
  • 10 min warmup
  • 13 minutes fulcrum stretching using hairspray bottle
  • 3 minutes JAI stretching
  • Edging

7/26:
  • 10 min warmup
  • 5 minutes BTC stretching
  • 5 minutes Basic stretching
  • 3 minutes A-stretches
  • 3 minutes JAI stretches
  • Cool-down

Okay I just figured out something I can do to get quick gains!

The other day I noticed that my ligs on the left side of my dick are actually longer than the ligs on my right, because I had been stretching my left side more without knowing it. Which means if I start stretching the right side to even things out, I think I can get some quick gains there! I found this out because i noticed my dick all of a sudden leans to the right now, where before it didnt. It doesn't curve, it leans, which means the ligs are uneven.

Let's see if this works!

7/28:
  • 11 minute warmup (I'm random like this)
  • A few stretches to the left and helicopter shakes
  • 200 wet jelqs - after every 40 jelqs I did a Uli#3
  • Warm down with a hot shower, no edging today
  • Random stretching throughout the day, including fulcrum stretches

7/29:
  • 10 minute warm-up
  • 5 minutes assisted A-stretches
  • 100 slow, good quality overhand jelqs
  • Experimental squeezes coupled with edging - just messing around with my dick with expansion really
  • Ejaculation and then immediately took a hot shower
  • Did a couple of squeezes as erection was fading to try and keep some blood in it, which worked
  • Dick is now hanging very well, and very warm
If anyone was wondering why I'm suddenly doing more girth exercises: I'm trying to catch my BPEL up with my BPFSL. Hopefully I can get it to. If not, then it's back to stretching I guess!

I took today off because I had a fun day at my new on-campus apartment! And some great sex! Mr. Penis is tired.
