8/2:
  • 10 minute warm-up
  • 5 minutes BTC Stretching (30 second stretches)
  • 5 minutes Assisted A-stretching (60 second stretches)
  • 3 minutes Basic Stretching (20 second stretches)
  • 3 minutes JAI Stretching
  • Edging with a few squeezes
  • Ejaculation
  • 5 minutes cold water in shower
  • 5+ minutes hot water in shower
  • Job Done
BPFSL: 7.5"
BPEL: Almost 7.25"

boricuaboi: I guess try stretching the other side more. Who knows what will happen though. This is the weird world of PE

Once again posting my updated list of steady BPFSL gains:

4/20: 6.5" BPFSL
5/09: 6.75" BPFSL
6/06: 7" BPFSL
7/04: 7.25" BPFSL
7/16: 7.375" BPFSL
8/02: 7.5" BPFSL

Let's see if I can get to 8" by Christmas

P.S. I still can hardly believe that PE actually works. I really wish I had pics so I could give you guys some cold, hard (lol) proof.

8/5:
  • 10 minute warmup
  • 4 minutes BTC stretching
  • 4 minutes fulcrum stretching
  • 5 minutes basic stretching with v, c, and a-stretches thrown in randomly
  • 3 minutes JAI stretching
  • Warm-down
  • Bed
8/6:
  • 200 slow wet jelqs
  • Experimental squeezes, and I clamped off an erection
  • Edging with random jelqs thrown in
  • Hot shower for warm-down
  • May do a stretching routine tonight

I think I am going to try a very weird, but probably not too dangerous, experiment.

Well.. I've been reading posts on Thunder's Place about Vitamin C.. including the thread that Bib made.

I have a very strict diet and I can add/remove certain vitamins if I so choose to, because I am very knowledgeable about the foods I eat.

My plan is to restrict all Vitamin C intake (besides 3-4% RDA) in a similar fashion to my PE routine. I will go 2 days with minimal Vitamin C, and then on the 3rd day (the same day as my PE rest day) take multiple grams of Vitamin C.

You all may call me crazy, but that's okay! Don't worry, I will closely monitor my health and if I see ANY warning signs of scurvy, I will IMMEDIATELY abandon this experiment and begin taking regular Vitamin C supplements again daily.

Wish me luck I guess? Haha. Yes I have lost my marbles.

But, if the "Vitamin C" theory is correct, I may see some length gains from this. Or I may see absolutely nothing at all. Oh the joy of theories!

Today is my break day, so I took 2g of Vitamin C along with the other supplements I take.

You guys think I'm a little nutty? Haha.

Nahh, I'll be fine. I'm going to be taking 5g of Vit C once every 3 days, and hopefully that's enough to prevent scurvy.

Any input?

I for one take 3g Vitamin C everyday and I feel and look normal (my genitals that is).
