8/8:- 12 minute warm-up
- 3 minutes BTC Stretching
- 10 minutes inverted v-stretches
- 3 minutes JAI Stretching
- Edging with squeezes thrown in.
Guys I am about to end this progress log for what it's worth, and start a new one, with new information, new goals, new measurements, etc. on the 11th.
Stay tuned! I'm excited.
I might be making it over at Thunder's Place so I can receive more input, but we shall see.
