4/20:

  • 12 minute warm-up (it felt nice so I just left it there longer hah)
  • 7 minutes basic stretching; did kegels during it
  • 11 minutes jelqing (I'm getting better at this)
Still nothing but positive PI's. Hope this keeps up!

I've also found out that smooth muscle is my limitation right now. My BPFSL = 6.5". My BPEL = ~6" (still trying to figure out the best way to measure it)

Currently my routines are around 60% smooth muscle based, so I will probably keep things going as they are now, with maybe just a tiny bit more emphasis on girth exercises. Once the difference between my BPFSL and BPEL is around .25", I'll begin to focus on tunica more.

TGC theory is helpful and interesting

Over and out~

P.S. I was able to measure my girth using a piece of paper, marking it, and then measuring it with a ruler. Not sure how accurate it was but it came out at around 4.56" at midshaft.
P.P.S. Had morning wood again this morning.

O.K. Here is a tip that will help you keep track of gains.

Go to a hobby shop, a hardware store, anywhere where you can purchase a round, 3/8" dowel. Mine is 30" long. Press the end of the round dowel into the hollow just at the top of your shaft, against the pubic bone. (This measurement will never change, even if you gain or lose weight.) When you are fully erected, take a fine tipped felt marking pen and mark at the very tip of your penis on the dowel. Very carefully draw the line all around the dowel. Measure from the end you pressed into the pubic bone to the mark and this will give you a true and accurate Bone Pressed measurement. The reason I kept the 30" length is because it is easy to work with, easy to keep track of (I just stand mine up in the corner by the toilet)
and this will give you a permenant record of your gains. When I first started PE. I used this way of measuring and have marks in 1/4" increments from 4 3/4" up to and including 8 3/4". This was my last mark. I am not hitting that mark now, but I did at one time. I call this "Tool" my 'story pole', as this is a way to refer back to your progress. I look at this 'stick' and am amazed at how far I've come. Try this. This is almost like keeping a journal. JP

4/21:

  • JonPop's routine! I'm slowly learning the "correct" technique for jelqing; v-jelqs are pretty hard for me to get the hang of. Wish I could see a how-to picture or a video on it haha.
  • Put an ice pad on for around 10 minutes afterwards. I'm thinking this will do more good than a heat pad after.
I'm going to take a measurement once every two weeks, so next Monday I will put my first measurement up.

Hope all goes well!

4/23:

  • 10 minute warm-up
  • 7 minutes stretching with kegels
  • 12 minutes jelqing
  • 8 minute cooldown with ice pad
I kept my penis stretched out manually while applying the ice pad for the first five minutes, then on the last 3 I just let it chill.

Everything is going well

Do you guys think it would be okay if randomly throughout the day I do stretches and dry jelqs (not a lot, just messing around with it when I'm bored), or would that be overtraining it? When I'm sitting at my desk it's kinda a habit . It keeps it from turtling too.

4/24:

JonPop's routine

Feelin' good yo.

P.S. I have a new visible vain . It's a blue vein that goes from my base up the top of my johnny (not visible all the way to the head). My gf says it throbs sometimes, haha. It doesn't hurt or bother me any, so I'm guessing it's not a thrombosed/hurt vein!
