Hullo!

I acquired a fever while out of town.. so unfortunately I had to skip yesterday, but that's okay because I went back at it today!
  • 10 min warmup after a hot shower
  • 7 minutes stretching with kegels
  • 12 minutes jelqing
  • 6 minute cooldown with ice pad
I've figured out how to control my erections better while jelqing. I can get one or lose one at my own will

Had sex about 5 hours later so hopefully it wasn't too soon after PEing!

Controlling my erection level is one thing i'd like to master.

Does icing your snake for 10 minutes make you turtle?

Seems like that is a long cool down... I usually just splash some cold water on him which seems to keep the hang. I don't like when my jewels shrivel up either!

I try to keep my snake stretched manually while applying the ice pad. So nope, it doesn't shrivel up

Cooling muscles instead of warming them apparently helps with tissue healing.

That makes a lot of sense!

What about after the session? Does the hang from the workout stay?

I may have to switch my routine up a bit and implement the stretching/ice method. My balls would most definitely shrivel up, that's for sure!

hey eouw have ylou noticed actual increase of the size of your testicles from doing PE?

4/28:

  • 10 minute warmup after hot shower

  • 150 wet jelqs and 90 v-jelqs
  • 10 minute cool down with ice pad
On my last jelq I decided to do it really slowly, and when my hand was near the top it hurt for a second so I immediately stopped and put on the ice pad. Hopefully I didn't hurt anything!

Kingpole: Nope, no size increase of testicles.

theduded: I try to keep it manually stretched while icing it, but afterwards it doesn't really hang that much because it's so cold afterwards :P. Of course your penis will hang more when it's warm/hot, but I still feel like icing it will do more healing for the tissue than re-applying heat.

Hey man, i tried your method of using ice after my workout. I found if you manually stretch, like you said, while you ice the penis does NOT turtle until after. However, when i put ice on my johnson for a short time (2 minutes), rather than an extended time, i experienced a more flaccid unit.

I did a workout (in the gym) about 30 minutes after my PE session and when i got home my flaccid state still carried it's weight.

Recap:
Ice after workout (burns like fire) for short period
Stretch while you ice

I haven't been exercising long, but i've heard you don't want your penis to turtle. If your penis is turtling after a workout it may not be the most efficient way to gain (just my 2¢). What do you think?

Eek! I forgot to update yesterday.

4/30:

  • 10 minutes warmup
  • 8 minutes stretching
  • 12 minutes jelqing
  • 5 minutes cooldown
5/1:

  • 10 minute warmup in shower
  • Basic stretching with kegels
  • 150 wet jelqs, 90 v-jelqs (I'm really having trouble doing v-jelqs, I wish I had some how-to pictures for it)
  • 5 minute cooldown in shower
Yesterday I bought some Fish Oil and Ginseng supplements, so we'll see their effects on me soon enough I suppose

I've woken up the past 2 days with some really good morning wood. Yay for PI's!

Yesterday I decided to measure my penis.

Guess what? It came out at 6.5"

I don't know whether this came about because I'm measuring better now, if I have gained some, or maybe a little of both. But either way, it's good news to me!


Also, my BPFSL is also around 6.5". So I'm thinking maybe I should do more tunica stretching now?! My erections are pretty damn hard.

Note: Had the hardest erection ever today. Felt like my penis was about to explode!!!
