Hey man, i tried your method of using ice after my workout. I found if you manually stretch, like you said, while you ice the penis does NOT turtle until after. However, when i put ice on my johnson for a short time (2 minutes), rather than an extended time, i experienced a more flaccid unit.
I did a workout (in the gym) about 30 minutes after my PE session and when i got home my flaccid state still carried it's weight.

I haven't been exercising long, but i've heard you don't want your penis to turtle. If your penis is turtling after a workout it may not be the most efficient way to gain (just my 2¢). What do you think?
