5/3:

  • 10 minute warmup
  • 12 minutes jelqing
  • 9 minutes stretching
  • Ran cold water over stretched penis for cooldown
Felt great all day!

5/4:

Woke up with morning wood during the night and again this morning! That's 3 days in a row.
  • 10 minute warmup
  • 150 wet jelqs; 90 v-jelqs
  • 9 minutes stretching
  • 5 minute cooldown
I've been kegeling before each jelq to push more blood up inside of it, is this okay? Like, I'll release the hand at the head of my penis, kegel, and in the middle of the kegel, grab the base again and do a jelq.

Also, instead of doing 18 30-second stretches, I did 9 1-minute stretches. Is this also okay?

My little buddy is feeling better (and harder) than ever . When I get erections now, I have that whole "15 inch tire into 14 inch wheel" sorta feeling. Lol.

Can't believe this stuff is actually working :P

5/6:
  1. Got erection.
  2. 10 minute warm-up while erection faded.
  3. 18 30-second basic stretches (9 minutes total)
  4. 12 minutes jelqing done in 1-minute sets (Regained erection level between sets)
  5. Got hardest erection possible until close to orgasm. Did this 4-5 times and then stopped.
  6. Ran cold water over billy for 5 minutes while keeping it stretched.
  7. Resume daily activities
P.S. Today is the 5th day in a row I have woken up with morning wood!

  • 11 minute warm-up
  • 10 minutes stretching
  • 150 wet jelqs 90 v-jelqs
  • Edged for a few minutes to get max erection
  • Ran cold water over schlong for a few minutes
So far so good, I'm getting close to my 1 monthiversary for PE

Will definitely update if anything special happens, but until then it's just posting my routines!

My BPFSL has increased SLIGHTLY. I'm talkin' like maybe 1/4". Not much to brag about, but it's still progress, I guess?

This is probably a perverted kind of thing to post, but since it has to do with PE I guess it'll be okay

Yesterday the GF and I were fooling around for a while. Basically, I had the hardest erection ever, but that wasn't the best part. The best part was realizing my kegels have definitely paid off! At the end she decided she wanted me to blow my load all over her, so I was like "sure?" When it happened, it was the most insane orgasm I've ever had. I seriously shot like 8 times. I felt like a porn star haha! It was the craziest thing ever, and my GF said so also!

5/9:

  • 12 minute warm-up (I can't help but go over 10 minutes sometimes.. because it feels nice)
  • 6 minutes JAI-Stretching, 4 minutes basic stretching (30 secs each direction)
  • 250 wet jelqs, 3 seconds per jelq (so around 12.5 minutes)
  • Got max erection and edged for a little bit (didn't ejaculate)
  • Let penis rest and cool down to room temperature (not letting it turtle)
  • Ran cold water over penis for 5 minutes while holding a gentle stretch
  • Re-warmed to room temperature to avoid turtling
That's it for today! One question though: Is 6 minutes for JAI-stretches enough? Or do I need to lengthen the time to do those, to like 10+ minutes?

5 more days till my 1 month marker!

I have confirmed a growth of my BPFSL! It is definitely a tiny tiny bit over 6-3/4"

Hopefully erect gains will follow shortly!!

5/10:
  • 10 minute warm-up
  • 9 minutes basic stretching (30 seconds each direction, including BTC)
  • Got max erection and let it die down
  • 260 3-second wet jelqs
  • Edged for a bit with the GF
  • Rinsed lube off penis to let it get back to room temperature
  • 7 minute cool-down while gently stretching
I didn't get morning wood this morning . But that's okay because I had it 7 days in a row, haha. I don't expect it EVERY SINGLE morning.

I'm about to do a 5-minute fowfer and then it's off to bed!

  • Edged a few times
I had to be gentle with my member today because of chaffing due to... other activities . I was interrupted at the end of my workout and was unable to do a cool-down. I'll live though :P

I have decided to switch up my routine this week.

I'm going to take today off, and then PE the next 3 days, take 1 day off, and continue with 2 days 1 off.

Maybe fooling my body will do some good!

I will, however, do a nice fowfer today :P
