5/14:
  • 10 min warmup
  • 5 min JAI stretches (2 seconds on, 2 seconds off)
  • 5 min basic stretches
  • 175 wet jelqs
  • Cool down with ice pad
I decided to go easy on the jelqing because my member was sore from... earlier activities , and I did not want to overwork it.

Which I guess was a good idea because I had morning wood this morning!

5/15:
  • 10 min warmup
  • 5 min v-stretches
  • 5 min basic stretches with kegels
  • 280 wet jelqs in shower (using conditioner, which I later regretted)
  • Dried off and edged for a bit with some QUALITY LUBE (which felt much better! )
  • I decided to not cool down today to see if it had any effect on my post-hang
Well, I've decided to buy Magnum condoms today because lately I've felt like regular condoms have been choking my base. I know it's supposed to choke it some, but this is downright uncomfortable! I will report if the new condoms succeed whenever I get around to using them

Today I learned to only jelq with quality oil or lube. Lol

5/16:
  • 11 min warmup
  • 200 wet jelqs
  • Got full erection, masturbated, and stopped right before orgasm
  • 90 more wet jelqs
  • Edged a couple of times
  • Measured!*
  • Let erection fade and washed lube off dick
  • Re-warmed for 5 minutes
  • 10 minutes basic stretching (1 minute stretches with a few kegels)
  • Edged for a while, and did a couple of experimental, very gentle, 20-second Uli's (slowly going to introduce it to my wang-wang so it's not surprised when I add them to my routine in a couple of months)
  • 5 minute cool-down
* Well, guess what? When I measured I was able to get 6-3/4" BPEL!!!

7 inches here I come!

I hope jelqing before stretching doesn't hinder gains. I like to do that sometimes because it makes my dick feel really really nice. When I jelq after stretching it's kinda fatigued.

Just had sex and the Magnums felt great! My dick was bigger than it usually is during sex because of the improved blood flow over the smaller condoms.

Lol maybe I have bragging rights now... well.. maybe not until I get to the point where I have to wear Magnum XL's!

5/18:
  • 10 min. warmup
  • 3 min. JAI stretching, 3 min. V-stretching, 4 min. basic stretching with kegels
  • Re-warmed dick for a couple of minutes
  • 300 wet jelqs, with a couple of experimental (and very gentle) Uli's thrown in
  • Got max erection and edged
  • Ran cold water over penis for 5 minutes while holding a gentle stretch
I was very easily aroused today - had a tiny bit of trouble with the stretches because of it lol.

  • 200 wet jelqs
  • Edged for a while
  • No cool-down today
I'm going to keep my jelqs at or below 200 for a while. My current limiting factor is my tunica so why keep increasing my girth exercises when my smooth muscle isnt my limiting factor?

I'll try this for a couple of months and see how it goes.

I cut out almost all girth work. And got some recent length gains last month. Your doing great and girth work does seem to increase erection power. Why don't you cut it down to two days per week. Do length 3-4 days per week.

Should my 2 days of girth work be on the days that I do stretching? Or should i do length work 3-4 days a week, and then do girth work the other 2 days of the week?

Hmm, now that is a good question. I do my girth work on the days i jerk off. Yeah do your girth work on seperate days. Not on the days you do length work. Don't forget to warm up!

  • Sunday - Length
  • Monday - Length
  • Tuesday - Girth
  • Wednesday - Length
  • Thursday - Length
  • Friday - Girth
  • Saturday - Rest
Is this too much or do you think ill be alright?
