5/21:
  • Length-based session
  • 11 minute warm-up
  • 5 minutes C-stretching, V-stretching, A-stretching, Z-stretching.. etc haha!
  • 5 minute fowfer
  • 4 minutes JAI stretching (I was going for 5, but for some reason I always get hard doing JAI stretches lol!)
  • Edged for a bit, did a couple of experimental Uli's just to get more expansion in it (I always do this after I stretch)
  • 5 minute cooldown

5/22
  • Length-based session
  • 10 minute warmup
  • 10 minutes basic stretching with kegels (1-minute stretches)
  • JAI stretching until I got 70% erection (took like 2 minutes haha)
  • Edged a couple of times, once again did a few gentle Uli's
  • Ran cold water over member for 4 minutes (ran out of time today)
  • Had sex a couple of hours later
Surprisingly, my dick doesn't turtle after I have sex. I've had a nice hang all day after sex!

Unfortunately, I got head today right before I was planning on doing my girth routine, haha. And now it's too late at night to do it so I'm going to have to postpone it to tomorrow and make my break day today

An indication of to much would be a loss in EQ.
Try the routine out and see how it goes.

My routine goes something like this.

Day 1: length "A" stretches for 5 minutes, fowfers for about two hours or more.
Day2: ballooning with Erect kegals (girth, the girth portion of ballooning takes about five minutes, out of a 45 minute sesson)
Day 3: rest.
Day 4: length
Day 5: ballooning with Erect Kegals.
Day 6: rest
day 7: length.

5/24:

  • Girth-based routine
  • 15 minute warmup (I got lazy and just sat there for a few extra minutes lol)
  • 300 wet jelqs
  • Edged for a bit and did a few gentle Uli's
  • Decided to not do a cooldown with the girth routine - instead I let my erection die off and get back to room temperature
Dick felt great! My EQ is improving lately, when I thought it couldn't improve any more. My flaccid size and hang is longer and thicker than it's ever been, and I'm very easily aroused as of late.

Will continue with this weekly schedule to see how it pays off!

5/26:
  • 10 minute warmup
  • 5 minute moderate upward stretch (had to reposition grip a few times)
  • 5 minutes basic stretching (1 minute stretches)
  • 3 minute fowfer
  • 2 minutes JAI stretching to get semi-erect
  • Got max erection
  • Did a few gentle Uli's to get more blood into it
  • Edged for a while
  • Gave in to the urge and came
  • Decided to do a warm-down in the shower instead of a cool-down (this will probably be a one time thing)
I'm going to do some kegels while trying to fall asleep. My BPFSL is slowly creeping towards 7". Hopefully my BPEL will follow it like it has done so far!

Can't wait until I'm 7 inches!

Also I did a very ghetto girth measurement with a piece of computer paper. I can't say an exact measurement, but my girth is at the VERY MINIMUM 1/4" bigger than it was when I started PE (probably more)! I'm getting very close to 5" girth, hell yes!

  • 100 wet jelqs, gentle Uli
  • 100 wet jelqs, gentle Uli
  • 110 wet jelqs, gentle Uli (310 total)
  • Had sex with the girlfriend, who was watching
  • Girlfriend moans "Oh my god, it's so big" while getting fucked doggy-style

  • 5 minutes basic stretching
  • 2 minute fowfer
  • JAI stretching until above 50% erection
  • Expansion exercises for a little bit (Edging, gentle Uli's, etc.)
  • Let dick cool to room temperature
  • Ran cold water over dick while doing JAI stretches (thought this might help)
  • Re-warmed dick for 5 minutes using heat pad (the IcyHot theory! Lol, just kidding. I'm just experimenting with stuff.)
I know I shouldn't be measuring all of the time but I'm getting so close to 7"x5" it should be any week now! And I know I should be, but I don't want to record any more measurements until I'm 100% sure I've hit 7x5

Concerning Uli's... I'm definitely not going to attempt a "real" one until I've hit the 3-month marker. Don't want my dick to explode, do I?
