Today is my birthday!

Very very busy weekend! I was unable to do my jelq routine as scheduled, so today I did both girth and length!

6/1:
  • 10-12 minute warmup
  • 12 minutes basic stretching (30 second stretches)
  • JAI stretching until semi-erect
  • 320 wet jelqs
  • Got max erection and did some expansion exercises/edged
  • 5 minute cool down with cold water
  • The end!
Well thankfully I'm back on schedule and no longer busy! My dick turtled considerably over the weekend because of all my activities. Hopefully this week will restore it's nice hang

6/2:
  • 10 minute warmup
  • 8 minutes C-stretching and V-stretching
  • 4 minutes basic stretching (30 second stretches with 20 kegels each direction)
  • 3 minutes JAI stretching
  • Let dick cool down to room temperature, was too sleepy to do any edging
JonPop: I would do V-jelqs but I honestly can't seem to get them right. They also pull up too much of my skin (I'm circumsized) and I don't want to stretch my skin so much that I grow a new foreskin. When I do a wet jelq I don't do an "ok" grip. I do more of a "C" grip. Is this similar to the V-jelq?

You need a certain amount of skin growth to accomodate your penis growth. You will not grow a new foreskin. If you are pulling too much skin, you are not using enough or the right type of lube. The fingers ride on either side of your penis when you do the "V" Jelq, so yes it is open at the top.

Oh god my summer schedule is so hectic I'm having trouble updating all of this stuff on time!

6/3:
  • Took that day off because my dick REALLY wasn't feeling good... I couldn't get myself aroused no matter what.
6/4:
  • Dick felt better
  • 10 minute warmup
  • 330 Wet jelqs
  • Let dick cool off to room temp
6/5:
  • Let my schlong rest this day just in case
6/6 (today):
  • 12 minute warmup
  • 6 minutes basic stretching (1 minute stretches)
  • 6 minutes C and V-stretching (30 second stretches)
  • 3 minutes JAI stretching
  • Found that I was able to give myself an erection and edged a couple of times... went really lightly
  • 5 minute cool down with cold water while holding gentle stretch
Let's hope cocky feels better and better again.

My BPFSL is now 7". After next week I will switch my routines over to girth to try and close the gap!

Alright alright, I know I know... I haven't posted in a week.

There have been some things going on in my life keeping me from being on a regular schedule...

And yesterday my girlfriend of 1 year 7 months broke up with me..

So right now I'm pretty stressed out. I know 1 year 7 mos doesn't seem like much to you older forum-goers, but since I'm young (I'm 18) it's hit me pretty hard, unfortunately. Hopefully I can find some new sources of entertainment to keep my mind off of it..

I'm also going to get started back writing in my log. Maybe this will help me too.

I haven't done my routine today yet (I've been at a friend's house), but I will be doing one later, and I'll post what I did.

Heart break sucks man. It's happened to me plenty of times (I'm 30, still haven't "settled down"). Just down let it run your thoughts. With time it will become easier to cope with. And soon enough you'll meet a new lady.

6/13:

Did a mixture of basic stretching and Uli's. No set routine yet.

Although I am ALMOST able to do a full Uli. I've been practicing this, and it really does make my dick feel great and thick.

Also, I went to see The Happening last night with my friends. The idea behind the movie was really really cool, but the acting was sorta lacking . Overall, if you haven't seen it, go see it, but don't expect anything spectacular.

6/14:

Took it a little easy today
  • 10 minute warmup
  • 10 minutes basic 30-second stretches
  • 2 minutes JAI Stretches
  • Ulis + Light edging
  • Put cold rag on dick
