6/16:
  • 11 minute warmup
  • 40 wet jelqs, 30 second Uli
  • Repeated 5 times
  • Edged for 20 minutes
  • Did a couple more Uli's
  • Treated myself to an orgasm :P
  • Took hot shower
Yay.

I know they say ejaculation is bad for gains, but honestly I have better hang after masturbating. Isn't that a good thing?

6/18:
  • 10 minute warmup
  • 12 minutes basic stretching (1 minute stretches)
  • 3 minutes JAI Stretching
  • Edging + Uli's for expansion
  • Let dick cool off to room temperature
  • Ran cold water over dick while doing JAI stretches (to keep the fibers stretched)
  • Messed around with my Icy Hot theory, put a heat pad on dick for ~5 minutes
  • Time to enjoy the rest of my day!
I am VERY VERY close to having a 7 x 5 in. penis. Eow is excited

I can't keep thinking about how I started out with 6 x 4.56 inches. My little buddy has come a long way so far! And it's barely been over 2 months!

  • Did this workout a little too late at night lol
  • 10 minute warmup
  • 6 minutes C, A, and V stretching
  • 6 minutes basic 30 second stretches
  • 2.5 minutes JAI Stretching
  • Edging and Uli's
  • No cool down today, I'm too damn tired!

My BPFSL is above 7" now slightly. I'm really hoping this means my EL will be 7" very soon.
