7/2:
  • 13 minute warmup
  • 12 minutes basic stretching (1 minute stretches)
  • Worked the dick a little too hard and had trouble getting erection, so had to watch a tiny bit of porn
  • Edging and Uli's for a good bit
  • 5 minutes running cold water over dick
  • Took hot shower
  • ??Profit
I've found that heating my dick up after cooling it down helps with hang, rather than just cooling it and nothing else.

I guess the reason I use a cool down instead of a warm down is because I know cooling a muscle after using it will help with healing. I used to be a pitcher and after every game I would ice down my arm to help healing.

Today I decided to read Thunder's Place for a while and I have decided on a major goal change for myself:

I've found out that maybe going for an 8" length isn't what I need to heighten my sex life to its fullest. I've read many posts where a girl will bottom out at less than 8", and they have to be careful to not go so deep.

I don't want that. I want to be able to go balls deep and hard as much as I want to. I feel like I would rather have a 7.5x6.5" cock rather than an 8x6" cock. Often there is much more space in a girl for more girth than there is for length. I feel as if girth would be better and more fun for me

2 days ago I managed to [barely] squeeze out a 7" BPEL measurement on my dick. My dick is around 5" in girth right now. If I could choose, at this very instant, between getting an extra inch in girth, or an extra inch in length, I would definitely say girth. This is why I am changing my goal to 7.5x6.5".


From now on I think I am going to make my routines much more girth-based rather than length-based. I know some length work helps girth gains, which is why I'm still going to do stretching, just not nearly as much. I'm hoping going easy on the stretching will be kind of like a tunica decon break, and possibly after a couple of months of girth work, I can start stretching again to get to my final goal of 7.5".

Does anyone have any thoughts on all of this?

The arousal level of a woman has a great deal to do with her size. Even when I think I've got her on the redline I can bottom in some positions. But when she's about to blow theres no bottom in sight. Pu55y's are stange creature's.

In a few weeks I'm going to make a CCH3 or a Captn's Wench hanger and start off slow (5 lbs maybe?) to see if I can weaken the tunica a bit, and then get more gains.

I'm actually completely confident that if I tried to get 8" BPEL, I could. I just would rather get girth right now. When I look at 1/2 inch on a ruler, I don't really care about that for length.

My BPFSL is now 7.25"
