Starting Measurements:
BPEL-7.25"
EG-5.5"
I think my stretched flaccid length is around 7" but i couldn't get a good measurement holding my dick and measuring with a thin tape measure. xp

And I gots me a six o'clock tug =[

Starting Routine:
I'm doing a 2 day warm up to jonpops 90 day routine

10 min warm up(shower or warm rag)
stretches maybe more kegels but not today
50 wet jelqs 30 v jelqs and adding the other sets in first 2 days
5 min warm down

I will probably change the routine within a week or two according to my penis but untill then im sticking to jonpops. =]

ps. 2 days one off. Will prob post on off days or weekly.

Nice starting stats! Get you a good wooden ruler for the measuring. You might also want to get a bone pressed stretched length.
It's probably the most accurate of all measurments.

4/24

Day 2

I added the second set and felt a good bit more of a burn . I have been doing kegels through ought my stretches, jelqs and randomly during the day. Newbie gains are already evident. Harder and what not xp. I'm going to start trying to fix a strange downward curvature I have somehow developed. Xp And I will try out my gains this weekend

4/29

Day 7

I have not been able to do my workouts for the past 4 days but I have been kegeling everyday which i will change to every other day. Picking up on my routine today.

Warm up - 7 min
Stretches - 25 kegels in every direction
Jelqs - 1 1/2 set of 50
V-Jelqs - 1 set of 30
Cool Down - 5 min with cold rag

The reason for the strange sets is because I felt a strange pain at the right base of my penis. I believe its because I did not stretch enough. So I am going to change my routine from the time it takes to do 25 kegels of stretching to 10 min of stretching with 25 kegels.
