first of all, i am not an english native speaker, so, i am sorry for any spelling errors i make, thank you all for the comprehension!

Hello everybody, after learning about this website/forum, i was very happy and intended to start my penis workout

I will start it next week
Taking vitamins and having a balanced eating
I won't use any other instrument besides my hands (is this OK??)... I will use KY as lubrificant.

I would be happy if you guys suggest me a good routine, i intend to practice 5 days a week

Oh, and i am not very good with the " measurements, since we use centimenters in my country, is there any problem? (i think a 1" is something like 2.5cms, but i am not sure) Are you guys used to cms?

So this is my measurements (19 may 2008) -
flacid lenght: 9 centimeters
flacid girth: 10,5 centimeters
erect lenght: 15,5 centimeters
erect girth: 11,5 centimeters

i don't know, these number look wrong, idk... i didn't pay attention to the girth, so it might be wrong ;/

Welcome aboard! Using just your hands is just fine! Most of us have gained mostly with manual exercises and not with just devices.
Centimeters are also no problem. Your English is actually quite good.

I would recommend starting with the newbie routine found here:The Penis Enlargement Gym - Beginner's Guide

Thank you Iguana, i will start with that guide then!

Do you think the girth measure is alright? I think it's very strange to have a girth bigger than the lenght :|
(Obs: i used the string way of measuring )


Oh, and i have some problems with premature ejaculation, and everywhere i read, it says it is a "psicological" problem...
But then i read about the Kegel and i am in doubt... how can the Kegel stop premature ejaculation?

And one more thing: any baby oil is acceptable to apply on the penis?

Hello guys
i just made my first day!

first i warmed up in a hot shower, then started stretching!
I did left, right and downwards, 3 times each. I could handle my penis well

then i started jelqing, with baby oil, everything was ok, but i think i have to start milking since the base of the penis!
took another hot shower.

and now, as i post here, doing some kegels

obs: i have noticed my pubic hair made me feel a bit unconfortable, thinking of cutting it down... Whats the best way? Scissors ou gillete?
obsē: my penis has some small purple/red dots, but i everywhere i read, they say its normal, so i have no worries

I will be resting on the weekend, back into exercises on monday!
