i just made my first day!
first i warmed up in a hot shower, then started stretching!
I did left, right and downwards, 3 times each. I could handle my penis well
then i started jelqing, with baby oil, everything was ok, but i think i have to start milking since the base of the penis!
took another hot shower.
and now, as i post here, doing some kegels
obs: i have noticed my pubic hair made me feel a bit unconfortable, thinking of cutting it down... Whats the best way? Scissors ou gillete?
obsē: my penis has some small purple/red dots, but i everywhere i read, they say its normal, so i have no worries
I will be resting on the weekend, back into exercises on monday!
