So I found this website and tried JP's beginner guide.
Helicopters take a bit of work for first few tries but it was easy to get that down pat.
V Jelqs were the hardest for me, especially with the timing. I felt as if blood was flowing on one side of my erection each time i switched hands.
Jelqs, I really liked. It was a like a lazy masturbation but with two hands. I could really feel the blood flowing.
Kiegels are my hardest obstacle. I've always done them randomly laying down before I ever knew what they were, sometimes during sex because oddly my gf likes it, but I found that I can't hold them that long.

Only thing is when i was warming down after doing the beginner exercise by jp, everytime I kept the hot washcloth on my groin I had the sensation of having to urinate. Is this normal?
Goal: Increase EL by .25 in a month, if this is possible.
