I'm new to the forums and everything is pretty different from the PEing I'm use to. I don't know how I really want to startup AGAIN. I haven't really settled on a routine I'm going to start out with. I think I might start up again officially in two weeks with a routine like this:

WEEK 1-2
warmup
5 way stretches
-3 sets of 30 seconds each direction
Wet jelqs-3 sets of 50
Holds-15 seconds of 100% erection while gripping the base lightly. 2 sets
Warmdown-10minutes

WEEK 3+
warmup
stretches-
4 sets of 30
Wet jelqs-
6 to 7 sets of 60
holds- 3 sets of 30
engorging- 10mins
holds-
1 set of 30
Warmdown-10mins+

From the beginning of JUNE to the beginning of SEPTEMBER (3 months), I plan on gaining at least .50" and my goal is .75".

EDIT: THEN AGAIN, THIS STUFF IS MEANT FOR 3-4 MONTHS IN

Before I start up my routine again in 3 days, there are many variables I still have to research in order to guarantee my success.

QUESTIONS

1) does the penis get use to a routine/exercise? how fast?
2) what routine statistically has the best ratings to this date?
3) what routine/exercises can speed up gains but remain permanent?
4) can penis gains accelerate with a 2-a-day routine?
5) what is the greatest single supplement for PE exercises?

Although I do not know the answers to these questions, I assure everyone and myself that I will find the best possible answers. I hate finding false information just as much as everyone else. For this reason I will try to keep my research mostly off books and statistical information. I find internet articles to be very controversial and most often unrealistic. If anyone can find or has stumbled upon answers with citation or proof, it would be much obliged if you post it.

Well, buddy. You just asked the big question. "Proof?" There is NO answer to that one, simply because EVERYONE is different. What workes for me, may not give you any gains. It is best to seek and find your own level of Penis Enlargement. This way, you can't come back on anyone for suggesting a routine or any thing else. JMO

What do yuo mean by "holds" in your routine. Pm me the answer.

Can someone point me to the correct way of measuring penis size? Is aw a thread some where along the lines on different techniques and which is recommended including the processes.

THIS MONDAY I START...IM GOING TO START LIGHT AND FOLLOW JP's ADVICE WITH THE BEGINNER ROUTINE REGARDLESS OF MY STUBBORN OPINION NOT TO.

On top of the shaft, fully erected, ruler pressed hard into the pubic bone. This is EBPL.
Girth, with a cloth tape (or string) wrapped erect girth mid-shaft. EGMS. If you use a string, just lay it flat and measure where you held it with your fingers.

Thank you JP. I wasn't sure if that was the right way or not. I had seen something where the penis is stretched out while flaccid and 80% of the stretched flaccid length is your erect length. It was weird.

Due to multiple issues and other obligations, PE will have to wait until August 20 for me. Mean while, I will still do various little exercises in curiosity, experimentation, maintenance, and hopefully tiny gains of some sort.

I will start using my extender however as much as possible and compliment the extender's length gains with either occasional HOLDS or ENGORGING.

NEWS~ I may perhaps be heading towards a small break through for girth gains. I've been playing around with a specific type of exercise and modifying towards perfection. Thats all I can say for now. I hope it works out.
