Rep Power: 6 | Hairtrigger's journal. Well it's been about 4 months now and along the way a rollercoaster ride indeed. I didn't start with alot of intensity because of the dreaded red spot's, what I did find out is that the amount of time doing a proper warmup is critical in preventing red spot's and discoloration. At first mostly I focused on stretching and Kegeling.
I jelqed for 5 minutes a session for the first month and after 2 months I was up around 10 minutes. My EQ suddenly fell off when I increased jelqing time so what I figured out was related to the TGC theory. My workout was more length oriented than girth because of the lack of intensity and erection level. I added a girth exercise to help correct the balance untill my EQ returned. I added Kingpoles Erect Kegel to my arsenal and will continue to do these even through my three week break. My
current routine is as follows:
Warmup 10 minutes along with a massage. Continue to warmup for an additional 5 minutes with light stretches. Increase stretch intensity for another 5 minutes. At this point I will decide if the session will be productive. If I seem to be aroused easily I will continue. If I can't get in the mood I will cool down and leave it for another day. If my erection level is managable I will jelq for 10-15 minutes. I usually try for a slow 5-6 second stroke thoughout the whole session. After this I go straight into Erect Kegels for about 5 minutes. I cool-down with luke warm water, slightly warmer than straight cold water. During cool-down I do simple light stretches to keep from turtling.
Starting stats:
BPEL: 7.0 EG: 5.0
As of now:
BPEL:7.5 EG: 5.25
I am currently on the second week of my break and decided to go ahead and measure, last month I checked a couple of times after a two day break and measured in at BPEL: 7.8 EG: 5.5 but was unable to cement those numbers at this time. That will probably be my next goal.
Well I hope this may help someone on their quest to build a better, stronger unit. I think the best advice I have found here is don't get in a hurry, you have plenty of time to figure out what works best for you. If you start out with bruises and popped vein's or your glans is bleeding chances are you will not see any productive results, if you have a back injury you cannot get better by lifting weights. To lift weights properly you start out slow and build gradually at your own pace until at some point you will peak. The same thing can be said for your unit. Start cautiously and you will see better results in the long run. HT.

Rep Power: 6 | Something a little different I finished my break last week and retained all of my gains so far. I started a different routine because of the fact this time of the year I am extremely busy with my work. I want to try something a little different from the mainstream. I want to go with the less is more approach, not because I'm a firm believer that it will work, but only to see even on a restricted time frame someone with the correct routine can gain and retain. I am going to keep everything in the routine short but at the same time able to do them everyday. I have my own exercise that I do but cannot figure out how to tell anyone how to do it as of now, however it is simple it has not been tested over time. Over the next couple of months this is the only routine I am going to do: - Everyday after showering stretch for about 15 seconds UP and DOWN
- Then stretch straight out for 15 seconds while rubbing the LEFT side of the shaft
- Then stretch straight out for 15 seconds while rubbing the RIGHT side of the shaft
- After stretching I will do Kingpole's Erect Kegel's for no more than 2 minutes
- Then after EK's I will do my undisclosed exercise for no more than 2 minutes
And finally 1 day a week: - Warmup for 10 minutes with massage
- Continue warmup while stetching for an additional 5 minutes
- Jelq for 5-10 minutes using 5-6 second strokes
- Cool down with lukewarm water while doing light stretches
That should be about a 5 minute workout for the everyday routine, anyone that is even partially comitted to PE can spare 5 minutes a day. The 1 day a week routine will probably take about 30 minutes but I can find that much time during the week to make it happen. I think that you will have to Jelq at least once a week to be able to stretch the skin for any future gains. I also believe that doing the thorough warmup and massage will help with blood flow and the repair/growing process even though it is only once a week.
As for the EK's I can feel a difference in my erections since I started them, I can actually feel myself getting harder down past my balls. Regardless of what becomes of this routine I will keep doing the EK's.
I am very pleased with the results of my previous routine and am eager to see what happens with this new one. I know there are a lot of people that spend a great deal of time on their "personal project", but it seem's to me if you workout to hard or try to advance to soon you could end up not gaining in the future. Instead of building healthy regenerative tissue you somehow ended up with borderline scar tissue that cannot breakdown nor rebuild itself. This is something I think could happen and should only be taken at face value.
Now one final decision to make, what would be a good goal to shoot for? Even though I recorded a .5 X.25 gain and retained it for a month I would think .25 X.25 should be a decent number to shoot for during the next 2 months. So 7.75 X 5.5 will be my next target. I have measured this size before but was unable to lock those numbers in, maybe this will put me there for good. I will try to stay true to the stated routine and will make updates if I have to change anything. Thanks for reading. HT.
Starting stats:
BPEL:7.0 EG:5.0
As of 06/07/08:
BPEL:7.5 EG:5.25
Goal for 08/08:
BPEL:7.75 EG:5.5

Rep Power: 6 | I am already making changes to my routine, I am losing my morning wood. It could be that my current workload may be the cause.
I will go ahead with these changes to see if there is any improvement. - Everyday after showering stretch for about 30 seconds UP,DOWN,LEFT,RIGHT.
- Then stretch straight out for 15 seconds while rubbing the LEFT side of the shaft
- Then stretch straight out for 15 seconds while rubbing the RIGHT side of the shaft
- After stretching I will do Kingpole's Erect Kegel's for no more than 3 minutes,
- and every ofther day, do my undisclosed exercise instead of EK's for no more than 3 minutes.

Rep Power: 6 | Kingpoles Erect Kegels I had a little extra time and wanted to do some tweaking to Kingpole's Erect Kegel technique. - Instead of using my thumb I used my open hand placed on my pelvis, kinda like a karate chop.
- With around a 90% erection push down on top at the base using the edge of the little finger.
- With the other hand take a finger and place it on the underside of your unit about 1" below the Glans and gently push up towards your abdomen until you feel pressure in the CC's.
- Hold this for about 15-20 seconds to start out with and work your way up to somewhere around infinity.
I try to get 3-4 reps in if possible. Relax the best you can, if you are tensed up you will not be able to maintain the workout. Your unit is the only area that needs to be tensed during this routine.
Now for the Kegel. - Once you are able to find your first sweetspot and hold pressure without too much problem, hold a light Kegel for a couple of seconds.
- Keep an eye on your Glans, move your pelvis around or slightly change your angle of attack.
- Once you find your secondary sweetspot you will notice that your Glans and CS will fill out.
- Now once again Kegel with more intensity and you should notice that your unit appears to get longer and fuller.
Be cautious when you increase intensity, and slowly work your way into them.
This tiny area is where I believe that gains will be found. I will continue on my 2 month trek to see how my unit responds to the updated EK's. I will also be doing them every other day and only doing a full workout once a week.
During my decon break I stopped taking my supplements, and just realized I never started back. I will continue them today and later post what I am taking just to keep track of what's going on.
Hope this information is useful to someone and please feel free to express any concerns about this routine that I may not be aware of. I am very critical of my unit, he has been with me from the very beginning and only let me down a couple of times. I will never pull or poke to the point where his tongue is hanging out. I will remain focused on basic techniques with minimal intensity as long as possible until no further gains are found. I think it will pay off in time. HT.

Nice job! I took the liberty of fixing some broken sentences in your post due to formatting issues. I hope you don't mind.

No problem, I have a widescreen monitor, I think that is the problem.
I will try to keep an eye on that. Thanks. |

Rep Power: 6 | My Story. The main reason I looked into PE is to try to regain my EQ. It was brought on by a mild case of deppression and the medication that was prescribed to treat me had side-effects that compounded the problem. For about 2 years my sex life was really non existent, I knew something had to be done and no one else could do it but me. I took myself off the medications which was a "mortal hell", and started working out to give me something positive to look forward to. Slowly everything started returning to me that I took for granted for so many years, everything but my woodie.
Even after I defeated depression and was no longer on meds my woodie had not returned, I talked to my doctor about what was going on but all he wanted to do is put me on more meds. After all of what I had been through I was not about to go back on meds, there had to be another option.
After searching online for ED treatments I finally was introduced to the concept of PE. I did several searches for PE and after digging through all the paysites I came across The PE Gym. All the paysites seemed to be hiding something but The Gym puts it all out there for you to make your own decision of routines and techniques.
For some reason or another I have never wanted a bigger unit. Most of the time I left my women satisfied with what I had, and still to this day I can roll Mrs.Hairtrigger all over the bed using just a single finger. However, if you can't get it up there will be a slim chance to fully close the deal. I never had any issues of premature ejaculation, well maybe that one time, but she caught me off guard and I had something in my eye and well ummm, you know..... Anyway, the concept of improved EQ, improved control, more intense orgasm's, along with the possibility of gains were enough for me to go ahead and get signed up.
Before I started PE my erections were in the 6-8 range, as of a month ago with some tweaking of the beginner's routine, I have an average of 8-9. At the very start of having sex is when I am the most erect, my wife is the only thing that can make me like this. One day I will shove her off and whip out the ruler to see what I measure with the 10.5 EQ! Well maybe not, but.....
I am happy with the progress that has been made and will continue the rubbin and tuggin as long as I can. I have already met my primary goal of improved EQ and will have to adjust to the side-effect of my .5 X.25 gain but I can learn to live with it. I had a secondary goal of increased flacid length but I believe it is a lost cause for me at least. On a good day maybe 1.5-2 incher, I guess all that matters is what you got in bed and not in the shower.
Just wanted to get this put in my journal so I can come back and use it as motivation when I hit a rough spot in the road. I can read this and remember why and how I got this far and probably remember how excited I was when I wrote this. Hope I haven't bored you too much with my story so far, maybe the story has just began, who knows.......HT. |
