Good Afternoon everyone and let me start by saying I'm excited to be here. I have read through several threads and my intentions are to track my progress and post updates via this message board. (as several others do)
After reading the basis for this website "Exercising the Penis" I think I, as many of you have already found out, may be on to something. I have pretty much tried it all when it comes to other techniques...pills, pumps, penis strechers etc. with very little if any gains. It is safe to say this is my last hope in my quest to better my manhood, other than accepting who I am and living with it. But who really wants to ever settle for less??? Anyways I intend to measure up tonite as I have read several measuring techniques and post my stats based on that. I have started (only 2 sessions) the stretch and jelq techniques and my workout will look something like this:

Daily
3 sets - 2-5 second Kegels
20 JAI Stretches

Every 2 to 3 days (depending on PI's)
5-10 min warm-up
10 min jelq
2 sets of stretching (5 ways)

I am also adding the 15 second kegels (5 sec. squeeze, 5 sec. hold, 5 sec. release) at least once or twice a day. Very basic and to the point (essentially what the book suggests), I know if I do not set a program I will overdue it and that seems to be the biggest set back everyone runs into. I will come out and say this, I am in this for the long run because frankly, I don't think I will ever be happy with what god gave me and all of you are an inspiration to me already...
One question I do have, what's with the jelq device? Pro's? con's? Is it worth the money or should I just stick to manual until I get to a more advanced level? Any critique positive or negative of my routine would also be greatly appreciated. I have a long term goal of 8x6...but who doesn't...LOL

Wink Measuring Up...

Well the results are in...I am using my own method for measuring but basically I went and bought 2 wooden rulers and one clear plastic ruler..on the back of the wooden ruler I marked my full erect length by pressing up against the pelvic bone and marking out the very end of my head (on top of my member) then took the plastic ruler and measured. On the front of the same ruler, I marked the measurement I got from the plastic one and dated it...for erect girth I used a piece of string; wrapped it around pretty much mid shaft, measured the length and marked it on the other wooden ruler. Yea, I probably could of got away with just 2 wooden rulers but I figured at .89 a piece why not...well here is how I came out

BPEL - 7.375
EG - 4.56

Those measurements are both in feet

I guess I am not too interested in flaccid length or girth, I get a half staff with the change of the wind and am hung like a light switch just looking at a pool of water so I feel like I would never get a true reading...anyways after rethinking things I believe I will set a 3 month goal of 8x5 with a long term of 8.5x6. (Too aggressive???) I have to date no issues with premature ejac. and have never had a problem maintaining an erection so my PE is strictly for size gains and based on my measurements it would appear I'm lacking in girth by a BUNCH. Anybody ever start off in the same boat? If so do you have any good girth exercises? I greatly appreciate any advice along my journey..Well I gotta run, Go Celtics!

WOW!!! 7.375 feet!!! Where do you put that monster!!!

Welcome to the Gym PaperMate.
During your first 3 months you are basically conditioning yourself for more advanced routines. Just remember not to get carried away,
you have plenty of time to do this. Keep a close check on your PI's and don't be afraid to make small changes to your routine to match
your body.

6/12/08 (3rd workout)

3 sets 20 3 second kegels (throughout the day)

5-10 warm up
2 sets 5-way stretch
10 min. jelq
20 rep erect kegels (kingpole kegels)
5-10 cool down (with cool wet rag while holding a moderate stretch)

Pretty beginner stuff but the more I read the few more things I am adding in. I have noticed I am waking up with a morning 1/2 to 3/4 wood, I'd say that's progress and a definite positive P.I; in addition when I am beatin off I have noticed my dick is harder than usual without me squeezing my PC's, its also standing up at more of an angle. Orgasms have been a lot more pleasureable and explosive, I feel like I can blow the sock clean off my dick if I wasn't holding on (This would more than likely be attributed to my daily dedication to PC's)

Can someone point me in the direction where I can find info on the TGC theory. From what I gather you basically pump for 10 min, then jelq for 10....and from there its however many sets you want to do...I find this intriguing because after you pump, you dick is swole, if you jelq at this point it should only allow your dick to expand more no?

I do have a general question...stretch before jelq? jelq before strech? Does it matter?

While jelqing today I decided to try something a bit different, I have heard of others doing the same but let me know what you think; After about 8-9 minutes in to my jelq routine, instead of using both hands I positioned my right hand and the base of my penis as if I were about to begin a jelq (the OK grip), simultaneously I used my left hand to force blood up through my perineum*, this made my member go from 60% hard to fully engouraged, with my right hand I then did a 2-3 second jelq and repeated. I ended up going for 12 min in lieu of the 10 I had originally planned. Anyone use this technique? I have to say I kind of like it and for all intensive purposes I feel like I am pushing more blood into the areas where it counts...Just some food for thought.

That is an advaced technique and probably should only be done after 4-6 months of conditioning.
This technique can cause more harm than good at this point, If you can feel pressure your going
at it too hard. You can gradually increase intensity as you get more conditioned. If you were weight
training you wouldn't start out benching 300 Lb.s, same goes for your PE routine.

Workout went well yesterday, couldn't quite get the stretching going cause I kept getting hard for some reason...Woke up to a text message at 3am this morning from my girlfriend that said we are done...Not quite sure what that is all about, probably met some guy with a bigger dick...I feel a violent episode coming on, followed by some self mutilation and a bout with anxiety and depression...I'm hating life right now
