Default aiming got a log (with pics)

hello everyone, i am a new guy to this forum, but i have been doing PE around 2 years.
i have had few gains. (little less than half an inch) but i must say this has nothing to do with the exercises. i was at the age of 10 my country's best judo fighter. year after muay thai. did all kind of things never getting any really hard work, since it all came easy on me. you see when you can eat unhealthy, be the best and only workout like 2 times a week, you are starting to think that that your better than anyone else. and what happens then`? you get slow and lazy. suddenly i wasn't the best. and at the time i reached military. ye well lets just say i wasn't the greatest anymore i know now that being the master comes with being the one who works hardest. but it has been in my nature to not really work at all way too long, so i have to work on that. this is the main reason why i make this log, i like to communicate and i hope this also will help me to keep myself to the fire. i am starting out with the alternative 90 days starting routine since its new to me. and i like that its pretty simple.
heres some pics of my lil fellow (after my few gains)

its in cm and not in inches. just so people don't get an heart attack. difference between those 2 types of emasurement is 2.5 to 1 so when you 2.5cm you have 1 inch.

im not going to copy paste my whole story from the forum i used to be on. im just going to start from today, since its not more than 3 days ago i started peing again anyway.
hope to get some respons advises and questions about the thread, and lets help eachother on the way to archive bigger penises!.

did my first workout, felt good, could actually feel it stretching, a really good workout and now i will go do my kegels!

ohh didn't think i got it with me but this is my starting stats and current stats:

starting stats:
flaggid
lenght: 3.6 inch
girth 4.6 inch
erect
bplenght: 6.2 inch
ergirth: 5.2 inch

current stats
flaggid
lenght: 4.4 inch
girth: 4.6 inch
erect
bplenght: 6.6 inch
ergirth: 5.2

Well thanks, i already like it here, so much new to read.

its basicly because i like basic exercises, and stretch +jelq is in my world the basics of PE.

its the same way i exercise the rest of my body, i don't use some freaky machine that claims to give me abs of steel in a week. i eat healthy, and workout on a regular basis. if something ain't good enough i focus more on that. don't make things to complicated. it only messes you up.

my workout for today: basicly im using this devise im also using after body workout. its a massage stick thingy which is shaped like a big toothbrush. and basicly its like a vibrator and is nice on the muscles that has been worked out. but it also has a heating pad with infrared light, which can warmup sore muscles, this device is my penis warmup device. since i don't have hot water in my house these days. and its easy to use while im writing down the things from the workout. i usually use it for like 15 mins or so, just warming it up while reading up on the forum. (gotta love multitasking)

so workout:
15 min warmup (with my funny device)
10 min of stretching (for details read the above link)
and followed up by
50 wet jelqs.
(still reading on the v jelq since i still have a hard time understanding it completely)
warmdown normally only 5 mins, basicly im doing it until my penis is hotter than my normal body temperature, so it feels like a cup of coffee or so to hold in your hand, then i give it a regular massage (like back massage and packing my gear away

oh and im also reading up on this other great post i can't find right now, about what part of the penis is holding your gains back. which will be included in my workout theori aswell.

so todays workout will be. Kingpole's workout routine. where its a must not to drink or eat unhealthy and so. here is what he wrote:


We will start with the begining routine. But I am adding in the "U" grip jelq.
After a 10-15 minute warm up
A ten minute stretch and helicoppters.
Then begins, the jelq routine for every 20 "V" jelqs do 20 "U" grip jelqs. Try to get in 40 jelqs totol.
The jelq rep must take at least 5-10 seconds to comeplete. You will be doing slow jelqs.

For stretching you will start out with the basic stretch in all directions.
But you will place close attention to you penis.

How to do "U"grip jelqs.
It is best to have this area trimmed or hair willl get in the way.
"U" grip is best done laying down or sitting.
With your 60% erect penis pointing up toward your belly button you form a "V" grip (Spock sign) You curl the fingers.
This becomes your base grip. You may if this helps stablelize your penis form an OK grip at the base then on top of the OK grip form the "U" grip.
Keep the OK grip clamped at the base while you move the "U" grip slowly up te shaft.
You slowly move the move the grip up towards the glans.
This is best done slow.
your erection may swell up about 100% erection. This is OK. Your jelqing mainly the CS. And very little stimuli reaches the CC.


Now after the jelqing session is over you will strongly kegel for about 50 reps. Then BC muscles only. Your penis will be fully erect anyway.
You will know you are correctly using the BC muscle because your penis will bob up and down a bit while flexing it. As you advance you willl learn to hold the kegel for a minute or longer.

You can also use the OK grip.

Then immediatly you will go into post PE edging. By keeping the erection engorged as long as possible you encourage growth and stamina. Try to aim for a twenty minute session without ejaculating.

You will terminate the session with an ejaculation. This ejaculation will be intense and explosive and messy.

Then if you can warm down for 5- 10 minutes.

You can maintain a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule. Or Tuesday, Thursday,Saturday. No splitting the program up.

At the same time I Will be doing the program with you.

If you feel pain at anytime stop the session
Your grips will be lite. A decription of this is your dick is an egg and you don't want to crack the shell. This allows for the plumping effect. Sometimes harder grips do not allow the blood to flow in and out of the penis correctly and you end up with a poor session. The penis does not expand effectively.

The exapansion (intensity) comes into effect from the slow jelqing and slow stretching.

You will keep the PE session in the pleasure zone. If it Stops feeling good it wont work.

so 13 mins of warmup in the shower
10 mins of stretching in all directions
50 jelqs
50 kegels
and to the edging part. did for like 30 mins, at some point it was like 3 stroke and breath slowly!, since i was on the edge for a long time. when i finally came i didn't have this normal feeling for stopping, it was like there was another orgasm coming, really funny never tryed that before.

and today its time for the next session.

10 min warm up.
10 min stretch in all directions. not using the same hard stretch that i used to do, the hard is good theory i normally have sticked to didn't work that well, so for now i try the smooth way.
40 jelq? since that what i can see im supposed to do. still don't get the V. U. jelq? some pictures would be great. also really light jelqs not hard work.
50 kegels.
30 mins og edging
10 min warm down

well its hard to say, but what i have been focusing most on is the sentence: think as it like it's an egg, you don't wanna break the shell. or something like that.
i have always been doing my exercises with max power. its not like i have injuried my self, just some soreness after, but i have always been pulling hard and jelqing hard. come to think of it it might be what has been holding me back, because atm i got a whole new feeling, and sometimes when i don't look down on it and just grab my penis, when im going on the toilet or so, it feels bigger, slightly bigger, however i don't think its enough to start screaming EASY gains, but its diffently giving me blood on the tooth. it is nice when you have a feeling of results almost from day one (like when your muscles are pumped up after workout) i will be posting pictures again i think after a month or so, but i have promised my self. no peeking before 1 month, since i had a bad habit with checking size almost everyday before. also i have removed all my pupic hair. to make jelq sessions easier

first of all i would like to state that i don't find posting pictures of my genitials on the internet enjoyable, but since i think there should be more before/after pictures on these forums i might just be a part of the solution. this picture is purely for before and after since there is no ruler or anything beside it. its just so i in 6 months can take a similar picture and put them up side by side to see the difference. i think its important to see where you started you journey, so you can see how much you have archieved. my standing flaccid picture 08072008072.jpg

by the way if someone has some good advises on how to take really good before/after pictures please tell me, i don't know if those i have posted is any good when i post new ones.
