Well I forgot to post this yesterday because I came home late and went straight to sleep but I had my first PE yesterday.
For warmup, I went into the shower and kept reapplying a hot washcloth to my dick while I showered (extreme multi-tasker) for about 10 mins and then did my stretches and helicopter shakes and what-not. Then for some reason when I started doing the wet jelqing, my dick wouldn't have it and wouldn't get hard enough. I mostly blame my girlfriend for that she beat it up pretty bad the night before

. So I only got about 100 jelqs and I didn't get the V jelqs in but I don't fully understand those and idk if I do them right (I did a test run a few days ago.) I unfortunately have to take today off because my girlfriend is leaving for a week and I am going to assume she is going to really go to town on me tonight.
I have a couple questions:
Could someone please post a video of the proper V Jelq technique I do not want to vary from the Jon Pops guide so I need to learn to do them right.
I read up on a post here about long masturbations and would it be ok for me to do the beginner exercise and then a long masturbation session later that night? I am definitely going to do it because I need to learn to control myself and an hour a day of edging should do the trick, but I need to know if I should lighten the routine or not
Oh and a possibly good sign, I woke up with probably the strongest morning wood I can remember. It was easily a 12 on the EQ scale I could have killed someone with it. Idk if this is a PI only because I am 18 so I pretty much always wake up with morning wood.
