Hello fellow wiener builders, I am somewhat new to the forums and am now going to seriously start PE-ing. I have known of Pe-ing for about a year and I have tried it but circumstances in life and my tendency to not follow through with things stunted whatever program I was starting. But now I think I have the focus to do these exercises and keep up with them.

Ok My stats

Flaccid Length : 4.25-ish
Flaccid Girth : 4.50-ish
Erect Length : 6.3
Erect Girth : 5.0-ish

The ishes are because I had to use a crappy tape measurer and it doesn't take correct measurement. My main goal is to gain 1.5 inches in length and to learn to control and block my orgasms so any tips on either would be great. I am currently doing Jon Pops 90 day beginner guide because I am unconditioned and it doesn't look too hard to do. I also plan on doing kegels (about 20 and hour) to strengthen my PC muscles. I read a post on here about limiting factors and I have a strong feeling that my limiting factor is my tunica so what exercises should I incorporate into my workout after I am conditioned to help stretch that so I can gain more? And can anyone think of any other kind of kegel-like exercise I could do to strengthen the PC muscles? I look forward to the advice that you all can give me to help me create a bigger and healthier dick.

Welcome to the PE Gym, C.J. Do the full 12 week program, then when you are conditioned, we'll talk more about advanced exercises. Do more than 20 Kegels an hour.
Try to get up to around 100 an hour to start. Do them whenever you think about them.
By the time you are done with the 90 day routine, you should be up to around 1,000 Kegels per day.

Well I planned on doing them throughout the whole day and I think 10 X 14 would be a bit much to start out with but after looking at it, 20 does sound kind of weak to start with. I think 50 or 60 will do just fine. I have been playing around with my PC's for awhile so they are used to this kind of stuff somewhat. This is gonna be a long two months.

Actually 3 months. If you don't stick to this and quit or drop out, at the end of 3 months you'll just be 3 months older. You might as well use this time to get a longer dick.

Well I forgot to post this yesterday because I came home late and went straight to sleep but I had my first PE yesterday.

For warmup, I went into the shower and kept reapplying a hot washcloth to my dick while I showered (extreme multi-tasker) for about 10 mins and then did my stretches and helicopter shakes and what-not. Then for some reason when I started doing the wet jelqing, my dick wouldn't have it and wouldn't get hard enough. I mostly blame my girlfriend for that she beat it up pretty bad the night before . So I only got about 100 jelqs and I didn't get the V jelqs in but I don't fully understand those and idk if I do them right (I did a test run a few days ago.) I unfortunately have to take today off because my girlfriend is leaving for a week and I am going to assume she is going to really go to town on me tonight.

I have a couple questions:

Could someone please post a video of the proper V Jelq technique I do not want to vary from the Jon Pops guide so I need to learn to do them right.

I read up on a post here about long masturbations and would it be ok for me to do the beginner exercise and then a long masturbation session later that night? I am definitely going to do it because I need to learn to control myself and an hour a day of edging should do the trick, but I need to know if I should lighten the routine or not


Oh and a possibly good sign, I woke up with probably the strongest morning wood I can remember. It was easily a 12 on the EQ scale I could have killed someone with it. Idk if this is a PI only because I am 18 so I pretty much always wake up with morning wood.

Any comments are appreciated and I will post my next session tomorrow I think tomorrow morning.

Well it has certainly been a while since I have posted on here but life has been hectic for me. I had to leave to India for 3 weeks to get my job set up there and I will be leaving on the 31st for around 8 moths to help people in India. Unfortunately I won't have much access to a computer so I won't be posting here too much but I when I do get internet I will post how things are going.

Well I am back from my "8 months" in India. The damn village I went to had a malaria epidemic hit it so my whole group had to leave. They didn't reimburse me for the ticket either. Damn the sponsors! As if that's not enough to ruin my summer, my girlfriend broke up with me the day we got back. And now have to spend a month living and sleeping in the same bed as my cousin brent and I get sporadic privacy so masturbation is hard enough, let alone PE.

I have a question to the more knowledgeable members : Should I try to do PE with a kind of sporadic schedule? There is a chance that I can regulate it but it looks grim I REALLY want to get this PE started I read Eow's giant progress log and I am more than a bit inspired and dammit I really need something to go right right now! So should I start it up or wait another TERRIBLY LONG month?

Well lets help you out, PE can be done anywhere there are lots of options to explore. PE adapts to life. Sorry about the break up with girlfriend.

You can schedule a loose shedule just ry to get in at least three days per week of warm ups, stretches, jelqqing as well as kegels. And now that your single again, you can do edging.

During bathroom breaks you can do piss pulls.
You can kegel anytime during the day.
You can warm up and stretch and jelq in the shower.
You can do bed fowfers in bed.

Hmmmm well I think I might possibly be able to get a better schedule so I think I could do 2 on 1 off. And how does one exactly do a bed fowfer? I know you put your dick in between your legs and sit on it, but do you do it flaccid or erect because flaccid hurts my balls a bit until I get it in the right spot and erect I think would hurt. And thanks for the support with the girlfriend but I have come to realize that I am about to hit college and there will be MANY more women out there for me to date or have sex with. And I have a couple questions about supplies:

What would be the best lube for jelqing?

What supplements could I buy at lets say Wal Mart or CVS or Walgreens that I wouldn't have to give up a kidney to afford and wouldn't need a prescription for?
