Default Determined Progress

Hey all. I'm starting on the beginners guide listed on the site

Taking two days off between each workout (1 workout Per 3 days) for first few weeks. Bad news though... after 2 workouts in 4 days (as per the schedule), I have VERY bad PI's. Some Erectile dysfunction, loss of erect size, decreased wood... i'm trying to take it very slow but what else can I do if I'm getting negative PI's?

Also, what can I do in terms of PE exercises to help correct the upward bend of my penis? Should I skip the up stretch in basic stretching so that I will only be stretching the top part of my penis in the downward stretching, which will counteract the bend? (THe top of my penis seems to be shorter than the underside) Thanks

Default the upward bend could be a good thing

Your priorities for your own penis are your business. I just feel it necessary to mention that many women would appreciate an upward bend in a lover's penis, as it facilitates g-spot stimulation. How intense is the bend? Is it so bad that you can't even have normal sex? Just some things to consider. If your determined to get rid of the bend all the same, I'd imagine there are ways, but I'm a newbie at this myself, so I don't personally know what they are. Good luck.

Determined...In my opinion, the best way to do this right is to focus all of your attention on conditioning your penis; goals (such as reducing the upward bend) are great to have but in the first 90 days you really should only be concerned with getting the little guy ready for battle. It's like a penis boot-camp...As far as your P.I.'s go, I think you should continue for another week with what you are doing...If they only worsen, add an extra day of rest and lighten up your routine a bit. Above all, keep focused and stick with it.

The first 30 days will be tough, your unit has been out of sight for so long and then all of the sudden there is a great deal of attention thrown on it. It will take some time to adjust to what you are doing. Take it slow and be gentle at first and you will be able to tell where to go after that. Your first PI's (physical indicators) should be keeping redspots and discoloration to a minimum. Your focus should be on correctly warming up and doing the techniques properly. I know people want to focus on gains but, when you get a routine that is matched to your body and do it correctly, the gains will come if you stay on track and are Determined.......

Penis boot camp, PM you nailed that one.
