Default My progress. . .

Hey nguys. Well Ive just becom a member here but have been visiting theses forums for a few weeks. I have been doing mixed excercises, but now I wana do this right. I looked at the begginer's routine, but its confusing me for some reason or another.

Anyway, How many wet jelqs should I do everyday? How often should I take breaks?
Are kegel holds really improtant? Is stretching really important too? Im really only concerned to gaining about an inch in erect length, and about 1/2 an inch in girth. Please guys let me know. Also one more thing, when I jelq, how tight should the grip be? Thanks a bunch guys I appreciate your insight. I'm glad to be a new memeber here at PE gym!

By the way guys, I'm very sorry if I put this in the wrong section of the forum

diffently the wrong section of the forum, this has nothing to do with a progress chart but more beginner questions, first of all take your time read up on 1 of the workouts, the questions you ask aren't that smart? go ask a bokser if push ups is neccesary if you wanna be good at boxing. i mean why do you think we use these exercises?
however welcome to the forum. and try to read before you write, no need to ask questions that has already been answered.

again sorry for this. Anyway, I do know the basic excersises, just need a routine. . . Like I said, I've looked at the begginer's routine and there are many different versions of it from people modifying it. I'm just a little lost. Again, I'm truly sorry for putting this in the wrong section. . . .

ye well, a moderator will prob pop in and move it to the right section so don't kill yourself. well try to read the 90 days beginner routine by jonpop it got the good stuff. warmups, basic stretch and basis jelq. kegels and warm down. and that is all you really need in the beginning. and for some. the rest of your PE time.
