I have basically been trying to assess my body's responses. Before I go any further let me say that when I injured my self over a year ago or more I had gone from
51/2 base erect length to 2 tic marks shy of 6 inches I had made 6 with the thrombosed vein but thank god thats gone I would have thought I'd lose all that gain
but thank god I was wrong. I havn't seen much in the length department yet but I'm optimistic they will come, but on a lighter note my flaccid hang is sick it looks
so much bigger hell when I hit seven erect I'll be very happy. EQ is much better I sustain an erection now a little longer but not enough to measure with, it's like my dick can see the ruler and says no you don't but if I don't get the ruler it lasts a bit longer. Length is a little over 6 or just under it but mid shaft is 51/2 wish I
could even it out a bit and finally the glands are maybe 5 maybe a little more I want to even that out too. I have been trying to build up my smooth muscle before
I go after length again...Here is what my routine consists of on a 5 day on 2 off.
Hot wrap for 30 min (don't want another thrombosed vein)
3 sets of stretching in all directions with 30 hard kegals (After each stretch I do 50 cranks in that direction) with helicopters after each one.
400 jelqs at 3 seconds each(rest after each hundred and helicopters to restore blood flow)
V jelq 2 sets of 100 each
cold wrap 2 min and hot wrap 10 min.
I thought this was a bit much but my all day hang, morning wood and EQ are telling me different. I tried the beginner routine but it feels like I've done thing at all
and my erection fades quick. If you guys think i'm way wrong here let me know and I will adjust accordingly. When I jelq I start off with a 100 or less erection but
it fades fast so end up with a 50 or less at best. I'm not too proud to learn so if I'm wrong let me know. |
