July 8th 2008

So begins the journey! After discovering that my BPEL was 6 inches or slightly under and my BPFSL is 7 and 3 tic
marks on the ruler (sorry can't remember what the actual tic marks value is) and my EQ is almost a 6 that doesn't
last for very long I deduce that my smooth tissue is seriously lacking so my plan of action is
to close up the gap until I can get my EQ to at least a 9 or 81/2.

I did a lot of kegles this morning trying to increase my control better. That plan was a bust...I started my first
session with a light to medium stretch in all directions for 30 seconds each I did 3 sets ending each set with
cranking my dick as if I were stirring a pot of stew, kegleing the whole time. After that I put some vasilene on
my unit and massaged it for a few minutes. It's very difficult sustaining an erection and I needed it to be at
least 90% so I had to beat it a bit. I finally got an erection got out my jelq devise and slowly started jelqing. I
was kind of surprised because I was able to keep it going a little longer than normal. But that didn't last long
enough, ok so I did the best I could by the time I finished my 300 jelqs at the rate 5 second moderate pressure
squeezes and was about to go into the V jelq when he decided it was time for a rest. So I went ahead and
started the stimulation again thats when it happened I lost control and had an orgasm. I wasn't even touching
it, Theory is too much kegles before the workout. So I ended todays session with a cool wet rag for about 5
minutes

Tomorrow no kegles before the workout and I'm going to have to figure out how to sustain an erection longer or
this is going to turn into an Olympic event for me.

1-Hot wrap for 10 minutes
2-Stretch (30 seconds) all directions 3 sets
3-Wet jelq (100 reps) 3 sets moderate pressure for 5 seconds
4-Cool down with cold rag

Anywhere between a 40-60% EL is sutiable for length and girth gains. Anything over this (in my opinion) is considered masturbation. Three sets of 100 reps at 5 seconds each would be around 50 minutes none stop Jelqing. You may want to back that down to around 10 minutes to start out with. You will probably have to do Kegels for about 3-6 months to see their full potential. It may benefit you to have a set kegel routine so you won't over do them. If you over do any of these exercises your EQ will be the first to go. Too much intensity and/or time will cause an injury. Take your time with this, you can't play if your sitting on the sideline.

Anything above 60% and your working for girth. Or jerking off.

I'm back not sure for how long though been having internet problems...Any way thanks for the intel guys, I have been doing PE even though I haven't been online.
I have basically been trying to assess my body's responses. Before I go any further let me say that when I injured my self over a year ago or more I had gone from
51/2 base erect length to 2 tic marks shy of 6 inches I had made 6 with the thrombosed vein but thank god thats gone I would have thought I'd lose all that gain
but thank god I was wrong. I havn't seen much in the length department yet but I'm optimistic they will come, but on a lighter note my flaccid hang is sick it looks
so much bigger hell when I hit seven erect I'll be very happy. EQ is much better I sustain an erection now a little longer but not enough to measure with, it's like my dick can see the ruler and says no you don't but if I don't get the ruler it lasts a bit longer. Length is a little over 6 or just under it but mid shaft is 51/2 wish I
could even it out a bit and finally the glands are maybe 5 maybe a little more I want to even that out too. I have been trying to build up my smooth muscle before
I go after length again...Here is what my routine consists of on a 5 day on 2 off.

Hot wrap for 30 min (don't want another thrombosed vein)
3 sets of stretching in all directions with 30 hard kegals (After each stretch I do 50 cranks in that direction) with helicopters after each one.
400 jelqs at 3 seconds each(rest after each hundred and helicopters to restore blood flow)
V jelq 2 sets of 100 each
cold wrap 2 min and hot wrap 10 min.

I thought this was a bit much but my all day hang, morning wood and EQ are telling me different. I tried the beginner routine but it feels like I've done thing at all
and my erection fades quick. If you guys think i'm way wrong here let me know and I will adjust accordingly. When I jelq I start off with a 100 or less erection but
it fades fast so end up with a 50 or less at best. I'm not too proud to learn so if I'm wrong let me know.

No it started a little after a car accident back when I was in the army...I was rear ended at around 115 miles per hour, back problems occurred. At first I thought
it was just anxiety but it just got worst now the damn thing seems to respond to pain, like if I feel an increased pain in my back my dick gets hard. I assume you
meant to say too many jelqs but if this is too many why are all my PI's positive? Should it feel like its been worked? Suggestions are very welcome guys.

If the PI's are good then continue. Yeah I meant too many,my bad!

Did you see a doctor about the back injury? Sounds like a s1 s2 s3 injury.
