Okay, my newbie-period is over, so it's time to start advancing. To help my motivation I will start a progress log.

I started up with a bpel of "5.7", and eg of "4.5".

Most recent measure (two days ago) came in with bpel "6.2" and eg "4.7". EQ has improved dramatically and my PC is quite a bit bigger. More stamina in bed an more powerful ejaculations. As an European i measure normally in centimeters. This means i have gained 1 cm in length and 0.5 cm in girth.

The results for me have been awesome in my own little world!

What have i learned during my newbietime?

1. Read everything you can find in this place and other good sites (such as Thunders). The more you know, the more you can use the knowledge to your benefit. There's no need to ask the same question the other guy's have asked a thousand times before you, when you can read it.

2. Monitor your PI's, and again, read the PI section several times. learn to understand the unit and it's responses to the things you put it through.

3. Understand what force to use, after a month i started using harder and harder force, and quickly became overtrained. My ligs started to hurt and my morningwood became weaker. I took a weeks rest, and started again with much less force. I believe the small injurys was in part of cheating with the warm-up. Now I use an infrared lamp and take my time.

4. Read more, and expand your knowledge on the field.



I will take a rest now until monday, and use the time to make myself a routine for the time coming. From then on i will try to post each PE-day in my log.

Well, the rest became kind of prolonged. However i have used the time passed since the start of my log to experiment, and find a real good routine suited for me.

The purchase of an IR- lamp has surely been fantastic. I no longer cheat with the warm-up. I do the jelqs under ir-light, and do the stretches after the jelqs, as i find the ligs are far more ready in my case after a thorough warm-up and jelqs.

I came to conclude shortly after the last post that i was slightly overtrained, and had been the last two weeks perhaps. Result: reduced EQ and shrunken flaccid. Took some days of and read more of Sparkyx posts over at Thunder's (brilliant man who obviously spends way above average time poking his wiener). I concluded after this that I have a "sensitive" dick, and that JP's newbieroutine after a while just exhausted my unit. JP wrote that it was a intense routine, but being a newbie it was off course way to tempting to keep going. Well, at least I have come to understand my unit far better than before, pluss had some newbie gains.

Furthermore I have implemented the O-bends, but will have to be careful with overdoing these for some time still, as it's very easy to overtrain and get fatigued with this exercise. On the bright side the O-bends have already given me a nice increase in flaccid girth, and i think it's starting to show a little on the erect girth as well.

Routine:

Monday:

80 Ok-jelqs

40 V-jelqs

1 sett of O-bends, 15 seconds each bend.

2 sets Basic stretch each direction, 30 secs. each direction

5 internal stretch, 10 secs each.


Tuesday

80 Ok-jelqs

40 V-jelqs



Wednesday

80 Ok-jelqs

40 V-jelqs

2 sets Basic stretch each direction, 30 secs. each direction

5 internal stretch, 10 secs each.


Thursday

80 Ok-jelqs

40 V-jelqs


Friday

80 Ok-jelqs

40 V-jelqs

1 sett of O-bends, 15 seconds each bend.

2 sets Basic stretch each direction, 30 secs. each direction

5 internal stretch, 10 secs each.


Saturday and Sunday is rest. In addition I will try to do 200-300 kegel each day.


I started this routine Monday 21 of july, and will stick with it for two weeks or untill I feel i'm overtraining. If by the end of those two weeks I feel it's going well, i will expand the routine to try and find my maxlevel.

I know what you are saying about overtraining, I also have a "weak unit". I have to watch the amount of time and intensity of my routine. This is something everyone should keep in mind. Good to see you back and keep us posted on your progress.

Thank you HT. Let's hope the "weak unit" means that we have to work less to get the gains Have you read Sparkyx Break Point theory? He to has a sensitive dick. If you have read it, what do you think about it? I see you have made good gains. When did they start and what do you think was your key?

Right, todays report. I have followed my new routine since monday, and so far it has resulted in large, soft flaccid. A good PI in my book. Morning wood this morning was good, not a 10 but a solid 7-8,. So far no overtraining, and today seemed a good day for a nice PE workout. Did my wednesday scheme:

80 Ok-jelqs

40 V-jelqs

2 sets Basic stretch each direction, 30 secs. each direction

5 internal stretch, 10 secs each.

Splashed cool water on the unit afterwards for 2 min., before a 5 min. warmdown with hot cloth. Got good flaccid expansion and length afterwards, wich has lasted, no shrinkage so far. A real good workout today, looking forward to the O-bends on friday.

My gains didn't really start until about the second month, I spent the first month trying to figure out how to do the exercises properly. I think about .3" was gained from EQ alone. I also think having a weak unit kept me from going overboard with the exercises. As long as I can see gains there is really no reason for me to do advanced exercises. As you know I am really on a EQ quest and the gains are just a bonus for me, I believe EQ is far more important than size. I've got a pretty good handle on my EQ as of the moment and recently had some major morning wood, I think it is time to take this one step further starting next month.
  1. Focus on doing the techniques and routines properly.
  2. Adjust your techniques and routines to produce maximum wood.
  3. Do stamina and neutral exercises such as Kegel's, Edging and Ballooning. I do KEK's to cover this.
  4. Have fun.
I visit TP from time to time but I guess I missed out on that topic, please post a link when you get a chance.

Did the thursday scheme today, but instead of Ok-grip i did only v-jelqs. A total of 120.

As I said in another thread this engorges my unit more than the ok-grip. I had a quite big expansion when finished, larger than normal. For the rest of the day I've had a nice fat flaccid hang, but not particularly bigger than normal after workout. EQ's still good, but a little exhausted after a heavy edging session yesterday evening (just couldn't resist). So far no signs of overtraining on my new routine. I'll make a new measurement on sunday.

Well, i must say, that none of the other exercises i've tried gives me such a satisfying flaccid girth afterwards as the O-bends. No shrinkage after workout this time either, so i think i'm potentialy close to my perfect "stress-zone" at the time with my new routine. I will have to see about adjustments after judging EQ and measurements after my two rest-days. I'm keeping up with my little project on doing only V-Jelqs. Cant say why, but they keep giving me engorgement 5-10% bigger than the OK-grip, which is a good thing in my book.

Did measurements today after two rest days, and I'm quite happy to report gains of 0.25 cm BPEL and 0.3 cm in girth gains (upper shaft, I credit this to the O-bends) If those millimeters keep coming I'll soon be talking centimeters, wohoo!

Currently: BPEL: 16 cm NBPEL: 14 cm EG midshaft: 11.8 cm

Goal for new years eve: BPEL: 18 cm NBPEL: 16 cm EG midshaft: 13 cm

The best thing or rule of thumb with advanced jelqing routines is to keep the grip light and jelq it out slow. You get the best expansion and post PE hang. And ypou dont hurt yourself.

Agreed. I start my workout flaccid, and just let the jelqs engorge me to 20-30% erect level. Light grip and 5 second jelqs, and afterwards i masturbate for a few minutes time to get further engorgement and blood flow (inspired by your edging sessions KP, but a full 20 minutes exhausts me and gets me into overtraining).
