Hey y'all.

I decided to start up a log, in order to keep track of my PE routine as well as other aspects such as EQ, night-wood and exercise.

I would appreciate any criticism or suggestions from you guys. That is the real reason why I started this log, to be honest, to get feedback from you guys who have had success with your routines.

So far I've been using a penis extender for about 450 hours, stretching at about .8" past BPEL. I have had some increase in base EG and a little length.

I started jelqing a little while ago, but am still getting the hang of it.

I will start this log as if I am starting for the first time. My stretching may not be so consistent these days, since it is the summer and I do have a social life.


Yesterday:

8-9 minute warm-up
60 wet jelqs
4:30 hours in penis extender

EQ: 9

NPT (Noctrunal Penile Tumescence, or night-wood): Yes

What is your schedule?

Just thinking that if you do a beginner's deal, 3 days a week w/ a rest day between each workout, a Su-Tu-Th schedule might work since those nights are usually slow anyways.

Thanks for the input, fellas. You guys are great.

I'll consider a one day on, one day off routine. That's a good idea, since I want to simplify things.

And I'll warm up for 12-15 minutes as KP suggests.

I'm not doing the other exercises in KP's routine in his mentoring thread, though I will when I feel I'm ready. I haven't mastered basic wet jelqing yet - or at least the quality of my sessions seems to fluctuate a lot - so I need to keep it simple and learn the basics before I can try to get my head around other things.

Yesterday:

8-9 minutes warm-up
60-65 wet jelqs (estimate)
warm-down (warm shower)
No time in ADS (oh well)

EQ: 8.5

Night-wood: Medium (definitely better than nothing)

I will warm-up longer next time as wise KP suggests.

The jelqing session was alright, I suppose. No pain! That's always a good sign.

I am pretty pleased with these PI's. I have had excellent EQ very consistently lately. On a good night, it is way better than it ever has been. On a bad night, it is still much better than it used to be, even on a good night. Usually the bad nights are more in my head than in my dick.

My night wood is pretty random. I don't really trust it that much as a PI, since I can have excellent EQ and may not notice any night-wood; good night-wood is always a good indicator, while bad night-wood might not necessarily mean I'm overtraining - as long as EQ is still good. Kapiche?

I want to learn how to do manual stretches soon, since I'm so frickin fed up with ADS. I injured my penis about one year ago, as of AUG. 1, and it is a long story which I will tell only if I am asked. Suffice it so say that I don't want to rush into things, and at the moment that involves not doing manual stretches.

Apply the heat while stretching, such as in the shower. Or if in your room re apply the rice sock between stretching rounds.
example stretch in all direction for 2-3 minutes apply rice sock then repeat a few times more.

I am sick, so I am going to take today off, and however many days it takes for me to get a good night of sleep before I start up again. Relaxation is an important part of self-improvement, I think, just as long as it doesn't last for ever.

40-50 wet jelqs
