Hello all, before I start my log I'd like to give a little more of an introduction. I am almost 20 years old now and my size has always gotten me down. I've always had little confidence with the ladies because it would always be in the back of my mind about how they would probably laugh at me when they saw my member. I know that I'm not THAT small but it's small enough for me to think about it. It also sucks just because I know that all (I don't have that many) of my friends are bigger than me and that just adds to the low self-confidence

I started doing PE about half a year ago for almost a month but stopped because I had no spare time cause of school. Now I am starting up again and I have been consistant for about a-week-and-a-half and I am already seeing some nice differences. My flaccid length seems to be a little more "hangy" than normal and it looks a lot thicker flaccid also. My erections don't seem to have gotten any bigger yet but they are definately much harder than they were before (not that that was a problem, I'm only 19 hahaha

). So I hope by creating this log it helps me keep to the system and get feedback from other professionals who have been doing it longer than I have.
My goal is anything in length so I figure I'll keep going until I want to stop. So far I've been sticking to the Joe Shmoe beginner routine in a one day off, one day on regiment. Here's my current routine:
- 10 min warm up with hot washcloth
- 30 sec stretches down, left, straight out, right, and up x3 (total of 7.5 minutes)
- 10 min basic wet jelq
- Approx. 3-5 min warm-down then lathering myself in Vitamin E oil
As of 7/31/08 my stats are:
Bone Pressed Flaccid Length 3.75" Flaccid Length 3.31" Flaccid Girth 4.25" Bone Pressed Erect Length 5.63" Erect Length 5.0" Erect Girth 5.5"
I think I'm pretty good on my girth in comparison to length and I've also heard that girth matters more than length
I have also been doing about 200-400 kegels on my off days.
So what do you guys think? As I've said before, I'm already seeing my flaccid hang a little lower and it is much thicker while flaccid but I haven't seen any gains in erect length or girth yet...but it's still early. I also go to the gym on a regular basis so I am very healthy, very fit, and I also take some supplements (mainly just protein) so hopefully those will help with my gains as well.
