Hello all, before I start my log I'd like to give a little more of an introduction. I am almost 20 years old now and my size has always gotten me down. I've always had little confidence with the ladies because it would always be in the back of my mind about how they would probably laugh at me when they saw my member. I know that I'm not THAT small but it's small enough for me to think about it. It also sucks just because I know that all (I don't have that many) of my friends are bigger than me and that just adds to the low self-confidence .

I started doing PE about half a year ago for almost a month but stopped because I had no spare time cause of school. Now I am starting up again and I have been consistant for about a-week-and-a-half and I am already seeing some nice differences. My flaccid length seems to be a little more "hangy" than normal and it looks a lot thicker flaccid also. My erections don't seem to have gotten any bigger yet but they are definately much harder than they were before (not that that was a problem, I'm only 19 hahaha ). So I hope by creating this log it helps me keep to the system and get feedback from other professionals who have been doing it longer than I have.

My goal is anything in length so I figure I'll keep going until I want to stop. So far I've been sticking to the Joe Shmoe beginner routine in a one day off, one day on regiment. Here's my current routine:
  • 10 min warm up with hot washcloth
  • 30 sec stretches down, left, straight out, right, and up x3 (total of 7.5 minutes)
  • 10 min basic wet jelq
  • Approx. 3-5 min warm-down then lathering myself in Vitamin E oil
As of 7/31/08 my stats are:

Bone Pressed Flaccid Length 3.75"
Flaccid Length 3.31"
Flaccid Girth 4.25"
Bone Pressed Erect Length 5.63"
Erect Length 5.0"
Erect Girth 5.5"

I think I'm pretty good on my girth in comparison to length and I've also heard that girth matters more than length

I have also been doing about 200-400 kegels on my off days.

So what do you guys think? As I've said before, I'm already seeing my flaccid hang a little lower and it is much thicker while flaccid but I haven't seen any gains in erect length or girth yet...but it's still early. I also go to the gym on a regular basis so I am very healthy, very fit, and I also take some supplements (mainly just protein) so hopefully those will help with my gains as well.

8/11/08

Did the normal routine late night with 10 min of warming up with a washcloth. I did my stretches backwards than how I normally do it just to keep the body guessing. I also added 2.5 min of V-jelqing after my normal jelq. This was followed by warm down and then lathering myself in Vit E oil.

Had nice full flaccid after workout which eventually went to normal size after 30 min.

8/12/08

Today is a rest day for me so I did some random research on the boards and was reading Remek's post on TGC Theory. After reading this I do believe that it is my tunica that is my limitting factor. This makes a lot of sense because I've seen a lot of stats on here where their flaccid size is fairly close to mine but they have anywhere from 6-6.75" erections while mine is a measly 5". So I think that I am definately being held back by my tunica.

I measured my BPFSL and it is 6.0", includes stretching the head too, and my BPEL is 5.63" so that is another indicator it is my tunica. I know it's most likely not a smooth muscle problem because my EQ is definatley a 10 (being a teenager) so I'm going to try to focus on length based training. However I have a little problem here. I don't have any access to any hanging or stretching devices, because of money and some other reasons, so I'm left with manual stretching. Can anyone help me with other length based exercises that I can do myself without having to purchase anything? This is most appreciated and I thank you for your help! I will also be looking for more info but I thought your ideas and knowledge will be more helpful than what I can find.

Update: I found a lot of length exercises in the advanced training area of pegym.com but would like your guy's opinions on whether I should wait to do those like it says on the website or if it's okay if I incorporate some of the milder exercises now. I've been PEing for 2 1/2 weeks so far. Or are there any beginner length exercises too? Thanks!

Later Update: Been doing a lot of random kegels today as well as random stretching whenever I remember or get the chance, just to try to keep the blood flowing and keeping it loose.

Hi Rofocale-I am a fellow newbie. You don't need stretching or hanging devices-I've never used them and am making great gains. If you aren't doing the 90-day beginner's routine, try that. The beginner length exercise you should be doing is the basic stretch-I believe most of my gains have come from this. You are new at this, so be patient. The gains will come-best of luck..

It's been a while since I posted, but I've been very busy with preparing to go back to school...but I haven't forgotten about my PE! Today is now my third week into my regiment and I am happy to say that both yesterday and today I have seen some erect gains! The other day it just seemed a little (emphasis on little) bigger so I got a ruler really quick and I have never reached that far before ever! I was so happy! I haven't done an "official" measurement but when I did measure my regular erect length it looked like a gain of about 1/8"! I know measurements can fluctuate depending on the quality of the erection but I was a little less than a full erection and I had this measurement! This is definately a boost to make sure I keep on with the exercises.

Today I did my PE and I have incorporated the JonPop stretches with the circles after each stretch and with the kegels. I am still timing myself with the jelqing rather than counting because I think I stay focused more being timed than counting.

I have a quick question about the V-jelq...I've read many posts on here about it and I still don't think I'm doing it right. It just seems like my hand is too cramped up and I don't get a very good grip. I'm putting my member in-between my ring and middle fingers with my palm facing me. I then try to squeeze and work my way up but it is really hard to twist my wrist and it doesn't work very well. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it because I always hear that the V-jelq gives the best gains.
