Starting a log to keep track of my results and solidify my commitment.
Been going with the beginners' workout on the main website. However, I haven't been doing a warm-up - an extra 10 mins and the website poll results showed it had no effect on gains. Am I wrong here?
I do 30 sec stretches up, left, right, down 3x. Was using a bare grip but today I wrapped a sock around it and it felt better. Then I do regular jelq for the recommended 10 mins, trying to count to 3 one thousand each stroke. I've been using lotion (I know you're not supposed to...) or body gel if I'm in the shower. Then I try to do 50 kegels and hold each for as long as I can.
I've done approximately 5 workouts so far. Last workout I measured myself at 6.625" BPEL x 4.75" EG. Today I measured 6.9" x 5". I kinda doubt I've actually gained this - my method of measuring is using a metal pro measuring tape which can be difficult to get to cooperate. I need to get a ruler and a floppy tape measure to get more consistent measures. I might have not been 100% hard the first time either.
BUUUUT...I think I'm beginning to notice results in the erection quality department. I also definitely felt I looked big earlier, so maybe it's working
