Default Tubesteak's tube steak

Starting a log to keep track of my results and solidify my commitment.

Been going with the beginners' workout on the main website. However, I haven't been doing a warm-up - an extra 10 mins and the website poll results showed it had no effect on gains. Am I wrong here?

I do 30 sec stretches up, left, right, down 3x. Was using a bare grip but today I wrapped a sock around it and it felt better. Then I do regular jelq for the recommended 10 mins, trying to count to 3 one thousand each stroke. I've been using lotion (I know you're not supposed to...) or body gel if I'm in the shower. Then I try to do 50 kegels and hold each for as long as I can.

I've done approximately 5 workouts so far. Last workout I measured myself at 6.625" BPEL x 4.75" EG. Today I measured 6.9" x 5". I kinda doubt I've actually gained this - my method of measuring is using a metal pro measuring tape which can be difficult to get to cooperate. I need to get a ruler and a floppy tape measure to get more consistent measures. I might have not been 100% hard the first time either.

BUUUUT...I think I'm beginning to notice results in the erection quality department. I also definitely felt I looked big earlier, so maybe it's working

Tubesteak, welcome to the PE Gym. Yes! Warm up. A rice sock is a great way to do this.
And, while you're at it, you might want to look into this, since you are just starting out. I am so glad I did. Plus, you can take a piece of thick string or cord, wrap that around mid-shaft when erected. Mark the string and measure it with your tape. This will give you EGMS.

O.K. Here is a tip that will help you keep track of gains.

Go to a hobby shop, a hardware store, anywhere where you can purchase a round, 3/8" dowel. Mine is 30" long. Press the end of the round dowel into the hollow just at the top of your shaft, against the pubic bone. (This measurement will never change, even if you gain or lose weight.) When you are fully erected, take a fine tipped, felt marking pen and mark at the very tip of your penis on the dowel. Very carefully draw the line all around the dowel. Measure from the end you pressed into the pubic bone to the mark and this will give you a true and accurate Bone Pressed measurement. The reason I kept the 30" length is because it is easy to work with, easy to keep track of (I just stand mine up in the corner by the toilet)
and this will give you a permenant record of your gains. When I first started PE. I used this way of measuring and have marks in 1/4" increments from 4 3/4" up to and including 8 3/4". This was my last mark. I am not hitting that mark now, but I did at one time. I call this "Tool" my 'story pole', as this is a way to refer back to your progress. I look at this 'stick' and am amazed at how far I've come. Try this. This is almost like keeping a journal. JP

there is a nickel sized bruise on my right nut, and I can't figure out how I got it. could that be from PE? I'm concerned...

Well I took a week off and everything's back to normal. Got a new ruler and now I'm using a shoestring to measure girth.

My new verified starting measurements are:

6 1/4" EL
6 3/4" BP
5" EGT (t for top)
5" EGMS
5 1/4" EGB (b for base)

I've tried Yohimbine and couldn't deal with it. It made me feel very nervous and anxious. How does it react on you?

I felt an energy increase, but I wasn't jittery or anxious.

I tried both because I heard they increased testosterone, which I wanted to use for bodybuilding, but I was happily surprised when I got the best boner I've had in years! I'm not sure if it was the placebo effect or not, but either way all that matters are the results.

I picked both of them up at the local Vitamin Shoppe. They are the shops' own brand.

By the way it's yohimbe bark extract, which contains only small amounts of yohimbine the active ingredient.

Actually tonight I felt a little jittery for a while. I had taken the pills in the morning so I can't be sure if it was them. I was fine the first day, so if this happens again I'll just start taking them every other day.
